When you get any pasta dish anywhere as your eating it the sauce will start going into the pasta. So I usually ask for extra sauce when I order my meal. I forgot this time so I asked for a little bit more sauce. But when I got the bill there's a $2.50 charge. I asked what this was for and she said it was for the sauce. I asked what would happen if I ordered extra sauce when I ordered my meal. She said that they would still charge the $2.50. I explained what happens that the sauce goes into the pasta she agrees with me and that they put the bare minimum of sauce on. I said that this was the first time that I was charged for extra sauce in "Any Restaurant" including another Applebee's that I go to. $2.50 for about maybe 4 ounces of sauce that's ridiculous. Take note Applebee's on how not to treat a customer if you're the only one doing this.

The service is trash! The reviews are definitely right! They take FOREVER just to come and take/bring your order and the restaurant wasn’t even busy that night. The food was GREAT but definitely lacked good service!!!

Wanted to get something to eat after taking the grandkids to Urban Air in Fort Lauderdale FL and driving back to West Palm Beach FL.Our waitress was amazing, kind and super nice and attentive to all 7 of us!!!Drinks, Appetizers and Food was good.Parking: Plenty of parking in front of the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Super nice to the kids...Refilled their drinks without having to ask.Coloring activity sheet and crayons.Plus a nice kids menu.

I'm here now and I ordered an appetizer and 2 drinks- the long Island and and the strawberry mucho pop drink, one for me and my friend. The drinks tasted like juice, and when I asked about possibly getting it taken off the bill because we came here specially for drinks, the manager Claudia (the front server gave me her name so I hope it's her name) refused. I didn't even get to see her. The waitress was amazing, her name was Rayne. I don't usually complain (yes that's what people say but the food was good and I wish the drinks were too) but those drinks are not worth it at this spot. AVOID AVOID.

The place is horrible, terrible service, I would never recommend it, even a girl vomited, they cleaned it with a rotten mapo and they were even so dirty that they even cleaned the seat with the mapo as possible, I would never return in my life, it was so much so that the waiter signaled me to stop. That he didn't say anything, tremendous disgust for God, it's a food restaurant, be hygienic.

We had to wait 25 to 30 minutes to be seated and the restaurant was not backed up.The waiter forgot our drinks and also brought me the wrong drink. The food was not good at all. We only ordered the spinach and artichoke dip and it had no flavor and I couldn’t eat it without taking a sip of water after each bite. Which was only 2 bites I took because I couldn’t stomach it. Not to mention there was no toilet paper in the bathroom and was filthy.

Now Applebee's, this brownie bite needs to come with a caution sign. On your website, it shows a nice slice. What I recieved is a slitter ??. 2 bites & gone ?. I can't even be mad . Is the economy that bad you can't give a regular slice of brownie? At least I know better now . I was so shocked I even called to confirm it was suppose to be this small .
