You could only use the drive-thru but no apparent reason as to why. We would be only car there. We ordered the rotisserie nuggets, but we're asked if we wanted the regular or the spicy. I said regular and she said well let me see if we have any left. She came back with the nuggets and we were quite surprised about the fact they were small and really had no flavor to it. We have always enjoyed Boston Market since they first came to Florida, but this was terrible. I could have given it zero Stars, I would have. Staff member wasn't friendly at all. I do not recommend this as a place to eat and enjoy a meal.

This place is horrible we ordered online and when we went to pick up they had issues getting the order like they were lost then rude. When we got to eat all the orders were wrong but failed to tell us that items were out so they put whatever they wanted and not informed. Also the food smelled not to pleasant so we did not eat some of the plates I. Fear we would get sick. Horrible Horrible. Never ordering from here again. Be careful when ordering from here.

Is one the lowest rating or can you give zero. Boston Market is on the way out and this store highlights why. Out of MANY items, poor service, dirty dining area, and problems redeeming valid coupons. I kept going because I really liked Boston Market but it's not whet it used to be and this last visit was my last.

Sadly, my visit to this Boston Market was disappointing. The restaurant did not appear to be well kept at all. The white meat chicken wqs dry, and the corn bread was hard. The drink options were limited, and both restrooms were out of order.

Honestly negative stars I don’t know what’s going with Boston Market but yall need to get it together every time i go to any one of their stores outta the front door is close and only drive thru because they lack of workers or they close at 8pm also as well their food don’t taste the same like how they use to i usually get the meatloaf with the corn and sweet potato casserole and cornbread none of that doesn’t taste the same i believe they went the cheap route to save a couple of dollars i need yall to get it together for real

I used to eat at Boston Market several times a week about 10 years ago. The quality of the food in my order was far less than I remember.What happened, Boston Market? The changes in the food are not good.
I am a palled at this location. I have no idea how it’s still running. They close down the place early and the food is so unbearably disgusting couldn’t even eat my food. I got a meatloaf, mac & cheese and sweet potato sweet potato wasn’t bad but that mac & cheese is not the regular squiggly mac & cheese that they were having, and now only that the meatloaf did not even taste like meat it tasted like something out of a makeshift can. Man eat here and you may not like Boston market after that.

I think I think Boston market executives on the check out the store, find out exactly what's going on. Because the last few times I've been. There has been hardly any service much. And the food is not that good anymore. Also, they seem to be out of just about everything.. And when I ordered a drink, they said they didn't have any fountain drinks. So I got tea and it tasted awful.. Someone needs to check on the store because it appears like its going to close for good. Thxs.
