Worst experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a sandwich for pickup, got the completed notification and when I arrived at the store the older guy said they didn’t have my sandwich without even looking for 1 second and I called the number on the email and the delivery driver answered and found my order in less than 1 minute. Poor service by everyone except the delivery driver

I’ve already eaten it and am now writing this review, lol. I live by the shop, but it’s pouring buckets out here and they still got my order to me quickly. The only thing is, on the order tracker it didn’t show that the food was out for delivery. I had to yell to the delivery driver from the bathroom window to leave it on the step because I was still in the shower.

This place is incredibly fast and trustworthy every time! It's ironic that the only reason I'm writing this review is due of how fast and efficiently they fixed an error. The staff is incredibly helpful and courteous, and I sincerely appreciate their assistance. This is the best site in South Florida, in my view! I appreciate your delicious sandwiches, everyone. On a Sunday, the place was deserted and the service was prompt. Both the food and the fountain soda were excellent. In the extremely commercialized neighborhood, they handle a lot of deliveries. Excellent option for a tasty and quick sub.

We usually order 30 "HOAGIES" lol, not a NY thing for our classes a few times a year. 1 time they completed our order, and last Thursday, I placed a phone order because of a short break and spoke with the young lady at the counter . Stopped in 10 minutes later, stood online, 5 got to counter, and no FOOD NO ORDER!!!
