For a long time, I had fond memories of KFC in different countries, states and cities. The atmosphere of their restaurants, but above all the flavor of the chicken, allowed us to share many times as a family. A few days ago, on the way to my oldest son's house, I stopped by the KFC drive thru, on Tamarac, University and 58th St. I ordered a family combo of 8 pieces and 2 sizes. I paid and then they told me to go and park and they will let me know when my order is ready. They took too long so I got out of the car and went in but no one attended to me. “Hello,” “hello,” but there was no response. I continued waiting and a lady came out with my order. I asked him why it took him so long to come out and he just smiled. I was already late. I ran away with that bitter taste in my mouth that leaves you waiting long for no reason. I arrived at my son's house and “boommm”……I took out the box of chicken and what I found were pieces of “something similar to chicken” but that I really think were from “pigeons”. The pieces were extremely small. Not know what to do. I drove 30 minutes to my son's house to have to return with the food to file a claim. Honestly I'm disappointed. My son told me, “Daddy, I think the tradition we had of eating KFC should stay in the past. They are no longer the same products that you bought us when we were children. I actually think that way too. But I don't think anyone else should have to live this bad experience. NO MORE KFC.

The chicken tenders resembled deep-fried tofu, the fries had no taste, the biscuits were incredibly dry, and the chicken sandwich contained pockets of still-raw meat.

This is a review of what it is like to drive thru this drive-thru accessible KFC, in Tamarac, at lunchtime to order lunch. The line was not long and at the ordering kiosk the female I ordered from was polite and answered my questions about whether grilled Chicken is available and about whether an order could be mixed with some white meat and some dark meat. I wanted Grilled (not available at some other KFCs) and wanted both dark and white chicken meat so when she said "yes" to both I was elated. I also chose "green beans" as a side. Diet Pepsi ('cause there's no Coca-Cola brand here) to drink. I drove forward around the corner of the building and food was ready and I paid cash. Slightly less friendly at payment/pickup window. I drove to my destination then looked in the bag. Almost everything appeared to be in order except I was given one fork and no knife. This meal required a knife to eat with so good thing I had one leftover from Panera (earlier in the day) in my vehicle. The green beans (liquidy), white and dark chicken pieces, and fresh-made Biscuit were all good to very good. The soda (soft drink) was just okay because I am not in favor of the brand sold here. Very nice work week meal. Enjoyed my lunch from here and when my friend saw the KFC bag I brought my friend seemed excited about KFC! 4 stars.

This location is so ghetto and unprofessional. The manager was hard down arguing with me because I received the wrong food and I called back to let them know. She said I did not receive the wrong food. The customer service is horrible. The young lady who is taking the order via the drive-through can barely speak English or count money. She gave me the wrong amount twice, and I had to correct her. I will be reporting this location to corporate. They need more professional white people in this establishment. I understand it’s a lot of Black people workthere, not to sound racist.

Food is good as always BUT! Customer service not good, I waited 13 min at front desk waiting for the employees to stop talking in the back and come to take my order, I asked to please don't add chicken breast in the family meal bucket and when I got home I have 4 breast ?. Also I ask for sauce and they charge .25$ for each one. It looks like they don't care about doing their job the best way they can.
