Ive been a customer for years and sent numerous groups of people there... i called the other say while in the store next to them and she answered in Spanish (which is normal) i greeted her and asked to place an order ( while watching people walk in) she replied closed no more orders... ok ! Pollo Rico is a very good option for dinner. Help COULD learn a little more English. but they were very professional and efficient and helped me complete my order with my very limited Spanish and Google Translate. The food is great and it's a big portion. Go and support them. Thank you.

If you like Colombian food! This is the place. Nothing fancy, but high quality food! Delicious! We have tried la mojarra frita, sobre barriga en salsa, sancocho de cola, and all is delicious! Service is good. Perfect place when you are looking for comfort food.

I decided to give this place a try with my daughter. I had the churrasco steak and she had the arroz with pollo. The rice and beans, the tostones, and the arroz con pollo were all delicious. But the steak had a lot of fat and gristle and tasted like leather. It was uncommon and I asked for it medium well. The $18 that I spent was not justified. Not going to return.

I have been living in the area for about 30 years, I'm Colombian and once in a while I go to Colombian restaurants( I eat Mexican mostly when I go out) and in 30 years this is the first Colombian restaurant that surprises my taste buds and make me wanna go back, today is my 3rd day in a row coming to ear here , the food is so good! IT TASTES HOME MADE! ,people it's very nice and they provide you with the best service, just come and you will know what I'm talking about
First time here was for breakfast but I wasn't impressed. After some convincing, I came back for dinner and was pleasantly surprised. The service was awesome, Izaida steered me clear from what wasn't good on the menu and helped me make awesome choices. I tried - Meatball soup - wow! Apparently this soup is only available on Thursdays but it's definitely worth a try. Excellent quality. The meatballs were delicious. I love the soft potatoes and that everything inside the soup was cut up in bite sizes. This is one of the best soups I've ever had. 5/5 ($8.75) Pechuga a la plancha - this was really good and flavorful. The chicken was nicely seasoned. I got rice and beans for the side as well as plantains. Plantains were perfectly cooked with a nice and crispy exterior. 4/5 ($13.39) I really like this spot. The food tastes like home cooked meals which is very nice. I like how the place is decorated. I look forward to going back and exploring more of their menu.

I ordered the 1/4 chicken special with rice and beans and have to say it used to be good but not this time. Firstly, I'm pretty sure the piece I got was not a quarter size and was actually microscopic. Secondly, the chicken was old and had no flavor, so I had to put the hot sauce on it for the flavor. Lastly, I will never be coming back to this restaurant and currently in search of a better Colombian eatery!!

I ordered the 1/4 chicken special with rice and beans and have to say it used to be good but not this time. Firstly, I'm pretty sure the piece I got was not a quarter size and was actually microscopic. Secondly, the chicken was old and had no flavor, so I had to put the hot sauce on it for the flavor. Lastly, I will never be coming back to this restaurant and currently in search of a better Colombian eatery!!
