This subway needs to close up and get their stuff in order before reopening.Randomly closed, soda machine broken, don’t have half the ingredients available, don’t accept cash. The list goes on (through no fault of the workers). Owner/management completely fumbled this location.

Came for lunch with my family. Often when we have come to this subway they have been closed even though the posted hours say they should be open so I was happy to see the door opened when I pulled on it. We ordered and were told that they are no longer doing kids meals. Thus was a big deal for us as we have to kids and things jeep getting more expensive. So we just got my older child a 6 inch and made it a meal and figures we would bring the food home and let the toddler have food from home. (We were originally going to eat there) Everything else was fine. Subway's website says they still have kid's meals so hopefully it's just this franchise. Rhey even still had milk and juice in the case so I am wondering who made this decision and when. It will keep us away next time we'll go to the mall.Kid-friendliness: Not anymore

The service is trash. Checked online to make sure they were still open before heading there and they were. But once I pulled up to get my food they guy told me there was closed. Mind you this was at 8pm!

I would not recommend this store to anyone. I placed an order online for delivery and after an hour they canceled it no explanation. Why. Then I call in their number I cannot get through because Verizon says this number is not connected. I contacted SUBWAY® customer service and they gave me the runaround. Their operator was super rude and then I was trying to get this store number so I can I will complete online do not order. Do you want to go to fire house they got the best subs, too bad there's not one close to where I work. I will never order another sub from Subway again. Wish I could give zero stars!!!!!!!!!

I normally dont like to go to this subway no more because of the bad service but i had no choice and i was hungry. But this time my experience was a shocker because the new guy marcus. He greeted me with a big welcome and his service was a 5 ⭐️ from beginning to end he made sure I was a very happy customer he made me realize how hungry i was by the way he made my sandwich look pretty that part I appreciate. He told me he makes his sandwiches with love… I surely will be back again

Terrible customer service! Didn’t even acknowledge us when we walked in. Had to stand and wait for the two behind the counter to finish their conversation about how they hated their boss and how their boss is never there. The young lady finally addressed us…seemed annoyed we were there. Needless to say, terrible customer service. Won’t be going back. I’ll spend my dollars somewhere else.

ABSOLUTELY NOT. Every time I come in I’m greeted with so much attitude, I couldn’t even say my order without the rude older employee cutting me off this morning. I walked out on her, she was also complaining about how someone wrote a negative review yesterday. I decided to share my own as well ❤️
