The food was fresh. However I asked for a dressed jr. bacon cheeseburger and they just added onions to it. Well dressed is mayo, mustard, ketchup, onions pickles, tomatoes and lettuce. My sandwich came with mayo, tomatoes, lettuce and onions. But I didn't ask them to remake it.

What absolutely disgusting workers! Me and my mom completely forgot to ask for light ice at the window and I get it because I work in the business and yeah it's annoying but at the end of the day it's a quick change, the person at the window flat out told me no, with no explanation and was already annoyed so again i asked and said please considering I just spent a good amount of money so he opens my drinks and takes the ice scooper and proceeds to put it in our drinks to take out the ice and basically almost threw my drinks back at me and my mom and didn't even give me my full order and slammed the window in our faces and when I knocked on the window the manager came over and as I was saying how it's so disgusting how they are just standing their laughing while I haven't even gotten my full order all because one worker is having a bad day! She proceeded to tell me she doesn't care if she loses the money with the most straight face! So we gave everything back and asked for our money back because with workers like that, I don't even trust the food anymore. I have never ever wanted to write anything anywhere but the fact that this wendys is our go to whenever we want it and this is the first time we have experienced this, please people do better! Just because one person is having a bad day doesn't mean you need to treat everyone around like crap! If y'all are thinking about going to wendys and even look at the reviews please go to another one where you will most likely be treated much better.

Doors locked when I walked up to it. I made a mobile order to pick up in store and dine it hours show it should be open. I called to get .y order there isn't ant excuse that there lobby is closed if I owned this franchise I'd fire the general manager for costing me money as foot traffic is a big part of owning a business. I also requested dine in to enjoy my food but was refused that plus the girl handing me the bag looked angry I called for my food and wanted the manager who I never got btw.

Lobby closes at 10:00pm per store hours. It’s currently 9:38pm and they’ve locked the doors. Now I have to wait in the drive-thru, 5th in line to pick up the uber eats order…
this place is best closed down. don't go here. overtime had the worst experiences, from cold food, missing & wrong items, never have the right food items here. unprofessional staff and quite rude, i was shocked. it's mostly empty for a reason. other locations always get my order right, are professional and have the food very hot. other wendy's locations are superb compared to here. i tried to give this location a chance. they need new staff & management. they clearly don't want people coming there that's why they don't restock or get the order correct the first time. if i could give 0 stars i would. just very unprofessional. whoever the company or person is that owns this locations needs to do an investigation on how it is being run. will not being going back again.
