We gave it a try because of the Google rating but I guess a lot of them were bought.Overall, the experience was bland; food and decor. The meat was on the dry side, especially the chicken in the shawarma.Nothing there that says I should come back.We had excellent service.

ALSham Palace is a palace perhaps metaphorically speaking, as there are beautiful tiles on the floors and lovely decorated false windows everywhere. What it truly is, is a place you can come to get great food. I think rice is a staple in a venue such as this, and there was no disappointment. The beef and chicken dinner options were top notch. The hummus was fresh. Perhaps the bread that came along with dinner was a bit chewier than I expected, but it was still really good. Staff was friendly enough. I'd come back if I were in the area again.

Had an excellent time last Tuesday, thanks to Nur. My family and I were on the fence about coming here, as it’s a bit far from where we live, but it was absolutely worth the drive. Nur ensured that we both felt comfortable and happy, and was very attentive to making sure our needs were met. They went above and beyond despite having a very picky eater in our party, and made sure our stay at this restaurant was one full of laughs. The shawarma was definitely something to write home about. Would definitely come back, well worth the trip!

We really love this place - the food is incredible, the servers are attentive and nice. However ....every time we go without fail....there is hair in the tabbouleh. Please have your staff wear hair nets so we can come back!! We are taking a break for now...

Went for lunch on Saturday with the family. Ordered two shawarma, one beef, one chicken, a beef kabob and a gyro with hummus side and Tahini. Chicken shawarma was ok. Been to middle east several times and Shawarmas are my favorite, but here they are meh. The beef shawarma was all chewy with fat. The hummus tasted bland and was a little runny. The bread was hard. The service was ok, no check back on the table or water refill. Wife passed the kitchen on the way to restroom and peeked in, seemed the shawarma were pre-made. Maybe she missed something but that was her impression. Overall dont think I will go back. Wanted my family to try one of my favorite meals and now they will be leary of my recommendations.
The falafel was everything but falafel and humus missing lemon and tahena . Not going back !!
