I did uber Eats for Arby's on Fletcher Ave. I ordered 3 meals-2 beef and cheddar and 1 classic roast beef. The drinks were 2 jamoca shakes and lemonade. What we received was 2 chicken sandwiches, 2 soft drinks. I contacted uber and they gave me a refund. I guess I am a 1 a gluten for punishment because I reordered from them (I really wanted my roast beef! ). We called and spoke to Julian who said he was the manager and asked him to be sure our order was correct. He preceded to tell us that their shake machine was down. I asked about compensation for the up charge for the shakes and he said he couldn't do it . So , back to uber I will go. When we finally got our order it was cold and it didn't have any sauce which I asked for. This is actually the 2nd time they screwed up my order. I guess I will need to find another place for a roast beef sandwich.

Work down the street I'd eat here once or twice a week all the time. The old manager and crew were fantastic. Now the last few times they been out of something or my order's not been correct on very simple easy orders. This last time going through the drive though they just couldn't get it right or read it back correctly. I get all the way back to find it's literally not even my order in the bag and don't even have a receipt to prove it and I'm out 2 sandwiches .. Won't be back I'll go to Salem's across the street..

So I've been here periodically. It's never been bad. If they messed up an order they replaced it.This time I had the French dip. I'm not even a fan of their roast beef. But the French dip hit the spot. It was the best version of the roast beef I've had. The brisket and bacon one was good too last time.Curly fries are also the best fries. Write that down lol.

The food was very greasy and half cold like they were rushing it the mac and cheese bites were still a little frozen in the middle but there was only two people in line the young lady that took the payment forgot to hand back my card.

Went through drive-thru. Everything was fine especially considering it usually takes a little longer to get the food at Arby's because it takes a little while longer to make it. This was a quick transaction and the food tasted good. The cashier at the window was nice and polite.
The fastest service if a long time. Friendly help. Order correct and prpaired correctly.
