my pretzel was for sure overcooked. I didn’t mind a bit of char on there, but it wasn’t quite up to the usual Auntie Anne’s standard. Service was fine and my lemonade was great.

The lady shows in the picture and the big guy with a beard and gauges called me the “N” word slur. The app told me my order was ready and when I arrived they told me it would be 20 more minutes. I said that’s fine and I waited but because I didn’t walk away and waited there at the store they got angry with me and started using racial slurs to address me.

Girl who wears pink hat called me a bitch because I made an online order when there are people in line. I work here at the mall so I always make online orders so I can pick them up when they're ready. If they don't want to serve online orders that's okay and I won't make them but if there's an option to do it they shouldn't be angry and use profanity towards customers for using the service.

Walked up after 10 minutes in line and asked for a small cinnamon sugar bites. There 6 large ones sitting in the hot box. Guy looked me in the eye and said I would have to wait 15 minutes for them to make new ones to be able to make a small size. Asked if he could just make small cup from the larges and he “couldn’t”. What kind of backward company policy is that for something so trivial. Left just on principle, that’s ridiculous.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Let me tell you why... and this is not to shame anyone or their health conditions... but there is a man that works there who has a SEVERE SKIN RASH/ flakes/ all over arms/ head/... really the worst and sorry to say but disgusting looking skin disease happening all over him. My bf, who was the one eager for a pretzel immediately turned back when he saw the Man. I said to him, he's not even handling food, and he's at the entrance of the little cubical looking like he's writing down reports/ inventory. Maybe he doesn't even deal with the food, plus all employees are wearing gloves. We went back in line until we se him scratching his rashes. I immediately thought... hell to the no! That is literally happening above counter space which is sure to flake somewhere near food prep areas. We went and got our pretzels somewhere else. On our way out of the mall, we pass by and see this man HANDLING FOOD WITHOUT GLOVES. Wtf. I get people need to work, but there are better ways to go about this. He NEEDS to be wearing long sleeves, HAIR NETS, GLOVES at the very least.

After a pleasant day at International Mall shopping with my kids for Father’s Day, I encountered this rude person. I said hello to her 3 times at the counter before she took my order due to thinking she could not hear me. Each time she said, “Can I take your order?” No hello back. After being agitated while taking my order, she then walked over to get my drink and proceeded to have a conversation with her coworker about me. I can read lips very well. I then took this picture. I spoke to the manager about this incident and hopefully something will be done about her lacking customer service skills. The words that came out of her mouth were, “I can’t stand serving black people…”, but she is walking around looking a mess on what looks like a daily basis, disgracing my race. The audacity of it all!

Only about half of the employees here have any work ethic. The ones who do work wind up carrying an unfair burden.I watched a guy trying to make pretzels while his coworker did absolutely nothing, holding a conversatiom with somebody else for almost 5 minutes while I waited to be served. The item I wanted was ready, all that needed to happen was for the slacking employee to ring me up.This is bare minimum stuff. Wild.

The cinnamon sugar pretzels are the best

Wish I could give this location 0 star. Worse staff I have ever seen. Spend less time talking to each other and more time actually working. You might sell something instead of having two stale pretzel’s sitting in the case.

So disappointing been going to Auntie Anne's for 20 years. 4 people at a kiosk with one person in line. Apparently your staff member felt he need to sorbs 6 minutes cleaning 1 pair of 9" utility rings. By the way that's a hand sink and not deigned for ware washing. Secondly the guy put the tongs in a hand sink and sprayed them with a sanitizer bottle. Rinsed and wiped with paper towels from the "hand sink". The cashier was sure to point out it was sanitizer. Either way come on guys........

This location is right in the middle of the walk ways. Which is wonderful cause you can't really miss it! They offer all the normal items and as always they taste great! The prices didn't seem to be any higher then normal. The staff was very helpful and didn't mind questions. They worked fast and efficiently to move thru the small line that formed while we waited.
