Only heard good about this place however my experience wasn’t the greatest. We ordered a sprinkle cookie and a brownie idea cookie. After waiting for 15min we finally checked that they still have our order in the system just to make sure it wasn’t given to someone else. We were told the brownie is being made fresh and on order. However I received a dry almost not chewable hard and already cold brownie. I felt I was given the exact opposite of what was offered. Unfortunately really disappointing experience.

Overpriced ,over hyped tayaki ice cream for $10. If you want the real deal,go try the one in NY or Boston..this one was just sad .it comes in only one flavor which is vanilla!! For $10!! Save your money and time .try the Nutella chocolate chip instead if you have a sweet tooth.its alright.

We got the sleazy brownie and the Nutella cookie and were so disappointed in both. The texture was heavy, we thought it might be the wrong flour? They both lacked flavor- not enough sugar or butter? My husband and I were perplexed. I got on the website and found out these are vegan, hence all the taste and texture issues. I would not have purchased these had I known that, and they should broadcast that so people know what they are getting. Waste of $13.
