Avoid at all costs. At least at night. Incompetent and rude. They will walk away to have a conversation with friends. They even told 2 customers in the drive thru to go to another Dunkin where they had more and more options.

I went through the drive thru and asked for a scoop of ice cream... the lady in the speaker explained that their ice cream machine was broken... but doesn't baskin robins scoop their ice cream? Regardless horrible service and would never return.

Worst service ever! Rude behavior, slow, lobby was filthy, even the ice cream was really soft. I do not recommend this place. The company needs to retrain the employees.

If I could give zero stars I would... walked over from the hotel next door to get an ice cream and the door was locked. We were told to go through the drive thru. Very unprofessional and rude.

They don’t even have the “flavor of the month” although it’s on their website. I have never been able to order what they advertise. It seems as though this franchise owner cannot buy the inventory.

No chocolate peanut butter ice cream available. I was asked to leave at 8:30 when the hours say 10 on the store and on maps. I wouldn't have gotten anything if I knew it was closing, and these hours were not made clear.
I wish there was another BR on this side of town. Every time I come to this place I end up throwing out what I ordered. Coffee and ice cream you really can’t mess up but their food ?This is the semiconductor time in 2 wks I’ve ordered the tomato pesto grilled cheese. It’s supposed to be how, if it’s made fresh which it shld be made to order, or at the very least warm. I waisted 15 min for a cold grilled cheese and that ended up not even having tomatoes ??♀️ I won’t come here again. I’ll drive further to get what I want made right and have my ice cream day with my kid elsewhere. Smh

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The assistant manager is very rude and would not give me her name. I noticed she is constantly bullying her employees and blaming employees for things missing which to me, is not the kind of behavior someone should have as an assistant manager. Do better.

Thought I'd get my 31% off since today's March 31 and they clearly had a sign posted yet they didn't honor it. Additionally, no rainbow sherbet an option. And they did not put the caramel in our cappuccino drink
