Simultaneously the most expensive and worst cafe con leche I've ever had. It tasted like a shot of espresso watered down to the consistency of normal coffee. Ybor (and Tampa in general) has some of the best cafe con leche outside of Miami and cuba for half the price. My white a$$ $hits better cuban coffee. The bagel was rubbery and goooish. The cream cheese was okay because it was prepackaged and they had no hand in preparing it. The atmosphere is akin to TGI Friday's and the staff was friendly.

They just microwave their bagels, they don't toast them, so they end up super tough to eat. The coffee is mediocre.

Worst experience! I came by earlier today and was able to get my military discount, due to a long delay I went back again. The woman told me “no military discount and if they did have it she would use it” I inform her I showed up earlier and got military and will look for my receipt earlier to show I was given the discount , what seems like her superior at work came by the register and gave me the discount. Not only did she lie and say they did not give it, when I said I would find my receipt from a previous purchase and her superior gave me the discount she seemed upset she was wrong and told me “this is not Starbucks what’s ur problem” when not only did I say nothing but this employee straight up lied at first why the got aggressive and confrontational with me, I said I’d find my precious receipt which I did . Jessica A needs some serious work. I feel like her lying is illegal in itself then the aggressiveness is considered legal harassment with how she was with me. I never make reviews but I truly believe this employee needs let go for her treatment and lies honestly, who works at a place and says they don’t do military or they would use it if they did then Badges me and her own workplace conspiring to Starbucks, with this employee I am sure all the other reviews about a terrible employee is her, either way I know the law and this place is ready for a lawsuit, I assume because I’m Asian is the reason she LIED and bashed me.

The friendly staff (thank you, Jessica!!), the comfortable atmosphere, the fantastic coffee -what a wonderful oasis in the Tampa Airport. Highly recommend the visit if you are traveling thru!!!

Then telling the other staff member that she was going to throw away my drink because I didn't hear you call out my drink?! I have a loud toddler that I was attending to. Not all about you, except for this review.Cashier was nice. Sitting area was pleasant.

We came here during a layover in Tampa when our flight kept getting delayed repeatedly. I only had an iced latte, but it was very good. The high point of that long day. Service was quick and friendly - a nice treat when you're waiting in the airport.

Coffee was good, but I wish there were a ‘condiment table’ where I could add my own sugar, simple syrup, milk, cream.Person in front of me add to ask for more cream in his coffee, I would have preferred less simple syrup.
