Had a very nice night here, perfect for get togethers or just a casual friday night. Inside is very clean and beautifully decorated. Service was some of the fastest i've seen, I was very impressed. Food was Great! Everyone loved their entrees and prices were pretty reasonable, I would be happy to come back anytime

This was a rollercoaster of a visit. Our server gave us a few recommendations and we ordered our food. Delicious calamari! As we were eating our entrées, the fire alarm went off. No one moved, no one said anything, everyone just went about working. All of the patrons were staring at one another, trying to figure out what to do. I went up to one of the workers and asked if we should be evacuating and they said"no this happens all the time". Then asked if they intended to tell their customers to which the response was "your server should be on the way to talk to you" I watched all the servers and none of them went to their tables to tell them what was going on. The alarm rang and rang for probably 15 minutes or so. No exaggeration, that's a long ass time. Apparently this is "normal" but if it was there should have been a procedure in place. Maybe an announcement from the manager on duty or the servers all quickly speak with their tables? The person I was with was not happy and made sure the server knew. I was a server for 10 years. I couldn't believe our server didn't get a manager to come talk to us. Not to sound like a Karen but that's pretty standard. The managers walk around asking how everything is anyway. I was expecting that all tables get like 10% off or something of the sort. If anything, my table because my company threw a fit. But no, nothing. So odd. I have no problem paying in full. Just a weird way to handle a situation is all. The pasta dishes were also amazing but pizza was mediocre.

Came here with my coworker after our shift and it was delicious. We split gnocci with grilled chicken and the pasta bowl covered in the bread thing , As well as the burrata appetizer , I had two beverages the sangria wasn't my favorite but the blueberry cocktail was delicious

This place in a 10/10, my safe place when eating with the family or for any special occasion, its menu is quite varied, its dishes are sensational, I have gone several times and its pastas are always a good safe dish, among my favorite dishes are, as a starter the pomodoro sauce casserole with goat cheese, for main course its ravioli with pesto sauce, for dessert its tiramisu that is really charming, do not forget to go to this place

No care in the world when I walked in from the staff to let the to-go server know a customer was waiting, got stared at like was the newest attraction at the Tampa zoo. Got the bolognese and for $20, I could get 6lbs of Stouffers considering it tastes identical. A shame to every Italian person to ever be born. Charles Entertainment Cheese respects the Italian cuisine better than this joke.(EDIT): just tried the sad excuse of a pizza. Soggy, not the right cheese on the pizza so it takes away from the experience. I’ve had better tasting pizza from gas stations hands down. Also for $20 each this is a bigger robbery than the McChicken not being in the dollar menu anymore.

We enjoyed a birthday lunch with a group of 8. The service was excellent and timely. The food was good especially the sizzling filet steak. First time there and we would go again.

Despite me having to send my food back due to me not liking the pasta texture, I guess that is a me thing and not a chef thing.. I do like my pasta aldente but seeemed like it was consistent. I enjoyed my visit here. The atmosphere was great. Nice spot for a date night..
