Best chocolate shake around. I like to try different ones and this has been my favorite. Very rich chocolate, thick but not too thick that you risk an aneurysm trying to suck the shake from the straw, and part I think is because they give you a fat straw which helps. Management and staff there are cool and helpful, they working out stuff with the new perks system but be patient it should result in better rewards once fully implemented.

As you can see from a lot of the reviews, they consistently undercook when asked for well done. Hate to see what happens if you ask for medium. Apparently they haven’t figured this out.

Carside service is horrible. I waited more than 20min outside and no one deliver food to me till I asked inside. The food was ready but no one deliver. When I had the food, the food was cold.The store manager is very responsible and took action to correct the issue. I really appreciate it. I think this is just a one time issue and the restaurant is worth to go given their good food and responsible manager.

I ordered a shake with my food and although the restaurant was pretty busy, I have to commend Tristan for his service. He brought both my food and shake to me, with a smile on his face and politely asked if I needed anything else. I saw him go above and beyond with other customers as well. He is definitely one of the reasons I would be a repeat customer. Excellent service! :)

At the time , the burgers tasted decent, maybe a little too salty, but pretty decent. A little over an hour later my stomach started to bother me, then a few hours later, the same with my husband. We are both feeling sick as I type this. It was the only thing we ate today. It’s the first time experiencing a negative reaction to Burger 21. Lots of new faces since I last visited, not sure if that’s a good thing.

Here you will find the best, most delicious and delicious types of burgers. There is a burger offer on Wednesdays for one day a week, in addition to crispy french fries for $8.99... I add jalapenos, fried onions and mushrooms to the burgers, and I also love their 21 sauce, honey mustard and Chapotle Mayo, and the most distinctive feature of the restaurant is the location and outdoor seating.. Service is a bit slow compared to the Carolwood branch
