Ive never left a review for a place before . But Everytime i come here, its always something. Everytime i come here they either take to long to take my order . Mind you i only go to this one in hopes they do better and its right by my job but no . There barely be anyone in line, and it still take them 5 minutes just to come to the intercom, i literally had to pull up to the window one time because like what yall doing?. And i was on a 15 minute break. The only person that seem like they do their job is the lady with dreads thats always there at the first window and make sure i get my stuff . But my recent visit , I had a stain on my cup lid! Like dried up sauce which was disgusting!! I inserted a photo , and my fries was cold as heck and i asked for a whopper with cheese and it didnt come with cheeese.I waited like 10 minutes in that line all together and they still didnt make my order until i got to the second window . I still ate it though because i was hungry and my stomach started hurting 2 minutes later . Never again ! Lesson learned.

I’ve been to plenty of BK’s as an almost 30 year old American and this was by far the dirtiest one. And the employees smoke right outside the front door which is fabulous when you are pregnant and bringing a one year old in and out ?We only went because I had a pregnancy craving that was definitely NOT satisfied. At least for my husband, daughter and I to eat it was like $12.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly when people are smoking right outside the front door ?

I haven't been to a Burger King where I've been treated the way JAY treated me and my family. The food was fresh, hot, and he was very considerate with the food we ordered to go by bringing it to us closer to when we were leaving. He greeted all the customers in a very friendly manner. He knew the exact order for one of the local regulars and treated him with respect. The dining area was clean and the rest of the staff was engaged. I am thankful ??Kid-friendliness: The kids meals were served hot and very well packed.

Hi, I didn’t hate the food, it was good!! But the customer service was outstanding!!! I was in the drive thru and the cashier, Ava was really cordial, polite and professional, very helpful and prompt. Pleasant to talk to and I will definitely be coming back to this location.

Horrible experience won't see me again! Ordered online for drive thru only have a 30 min lunch break. Got to drive thru car in front of me about a 5 minute wait know my turn I wait another 5 minutes until can I help you. I gentleman I have a mobile order under my name he tells me to pull up to the window. Theirs to cars still in front of me get to window guy come to window with food stuffed in his mouth. This is the good part tell him I have mobile order he gives me my drink and tells me to pull up to front door. I politely ask is it going to be another 5 mins he tells me we're busy do I want his shirt and come in to help lol really. O pull up to front wait another 5 mins. Remember I've only have a 30 minute lunch break. I decided to good in and ask for a raincheck guy come around corner here you go big dog. I ask him why would you speak to me at window like that he turned around and walked away. Poor customer service will be calling their cooperation number. I've never been so disrespected in my lift. Folks bad service stay away.
