Drive thru took forever. Several cars were backed up. Waited a very long time for food to be prepared. Workers speak limited English making ordering a little difficult, especially when ordering thru the intercom in the drive thru. Taste of food was typical BK, so no complaints there.Parking: Free lot, right outside the door. I am not going to count the number of spaces but it seems to be adequate.

The staff got part of our order wrong again, as usual for this location, and the fries were cold. I've lived within a few miles of this store for several years now and occasionally give it another chance when I am craving burger king. We stopped using drive through service at this location just so we could take the time to check our order in the lobby. We sacrifice the convenience because we expect the lower quality, and we are right Everytime so far. We were just at this location at 19:30 this evening and the staff told us we could not dine in because they were already cleaning up the lobby. There are no signs stating the lobby hours are any different than the store hours, and the website said they are open for dine in service. Service at this location is poor at best and the quality has always been just as poor. The poor service is a shame because the store is in a great location and has endless potential if it were better managed.

2/2024- Burger King trying to pull the fast one their cups for their frozen drink is a lot smaller and the people in the location working is trying to tell me this is how the cups always been. I’ve been coming here for years getting this thing for a dollar. the cup was never this small it doesn’t even have ounces on the cup, so you can actually compare to the previous ones.2/2023-This place is getting worse and worse. I have lived in this area for 20years. This location and the service in the last 2years is awful. The lines are long the employees are rude. In drive through they have you waiting 5-7min to place your order, when you go pay they ask I to sit at the window of payment until they wave you to come forward. They get the orders WRONG. We always order a meal with no Mayo and in every visit last year and this year they get that wrong. This last time we took the sandwich inside and an employee snatched it from our hands with attitude and yelled to the back in Spanish so we asked for a refund for her to get even more upset. We will no longer vist for the prices we now will go to the food trucks.

Hello, cordial greetings to the owners and workers of the Burger King restaurant at this address where I am. Firstly, it took them more than 30 minutes to serve me at the counter. Then I went to get ice and the machines were empty. They did not have ice. The employee left. It made me very upset to demand my rights. I hope things like this don't happen. It greatly damages the image of a fast food restaurant with so much prestige. Please, the workers are workers, not owners of the places they provide services. The customer is right.

AVOID MAKING AN ONLINE ORDER ! WHEN YOU GET TO THE RESTAURANT THEYLL JUST TELL YOU THEY NEVER RECEIVED AN ORDER. THEY DONT ACCOMADATE YOU FOR THE TIME WASTED THE MONEY LOST AND THE FOOD YOU PAID FOR AND NEVER RECEIVED. THE LEAST THEY COULD’VE DONE IS STILL PROVIDE THE FOOD I CLEARLY PAID FOR SHOWING THEM MY EMAIL CONFIRMATION AND THE RECEIPT. EXTREMELY UPSET AND DEFINITELY REACHING OUT TO CORPORATE.
