Omg! Too many bad reviews can’t denied how bad the customer service are in general . Been with them for more than a decade and poor credit card limit experience and no too many incentives. Disappointed.

my review is on the company don't use them. very predatory practices. they use a ehd system instead of taking out by debit. so they'll send you a confirmation email that it's paid and not take the money yall are slick! smh I will pay this card off and never use your company again.

This was the first Credit Card I opened years ago when I was a teenager. Used to work great and I’m sure they were happy too since I was a consistent card user. But things have taken a turn for the worst the last couple of years. All sorts of fees that seem to be made up. Literally charged me a 45$ late fee because I paid after 8pm on the due date, and refused to take it off. (Mind you this is a fee ON TOP of the late fee, its a late payment fee.) The original late fee is 20$. So that's 65$ if you forget to pay on time. Instead of being reasonable and taking it off, they are doubling down and tacking on more late fees. Congratulations you’ve lost a long time customer.

The Capital One Cafe/Verve in Hyde Park Village is a mix of a bank and cafe. It's nice, spacious, and clean. It is in the center of the shopping area with a couple of restaurants and businesses surrounding it. I opted to get the matcha which was a good choice. The matcha was smooth and well-mixed, and I liked the milk-to-match ratio. Service was quick and friendly. In general, a convenient spot to drop by when you're in that area. Whether you're looking for a quick sip of coffee or matcha or a place to sit down and get some work done.

As a Capital One cardholder and a person who can work remotely, I must give this cafe a 5 star rating. Cardholders receive 50% off all drinks and I found the quality to be comparable to Starbucks and Dunkin but with less options. I would say Capital One Café is most similar to Joffrey's if you're familiar with them. There were plenty of workspaces with plugs for your laptops and comfortable seats making this a great place to do work, read or any other quiet activity. I did find the music playing to be a tad bit loud but was simply resolved with putting in my AirPods. The workstations were spaced out far enough so engaging in virtual meetings is not an issue so long as you're not screaming. I was able to complete 5 hours of work with no distractions, a comfortable environment and delicious, affordable coffee all while not feeling rushed to leave like I have in smaller cafés. Hyde Park is a beautiful spot with a vibrant nightlife and plenty of daytime events so once you're done working, feel free to enjoy the surrounding location for leisure, preferably with a half off cup of their seasonal coffees!

So happy I found this place. I enjoy working away from my home office so I was out exploring new places. This place was recommended by a friend so I wanted to check it out. The ATMs at the entrance made me think it was a bank. Once I stepped inside, I saw as impressed with what I saw. The place felt like a Capital One branch, but it was packed with patrons. The fact that they give such a huge discount to Capital One card holders on coffee was a major plus. There is quite a bit of seating and even rooms for group work. Even the sinks in the bathroom are pretty cool. Apparently they went viral on TikTok hahaha. Great location

Pay off your balance and still get charged interest. They make up rules that clearly go against what it says in the statements. Crooks. Wish it didn't hurt credit scores to cancel cards but I'll enjoy knowing I'll never touch that card again.

Nice place to cool off and relax while walking around or waiting in Hyde Park. They have ample seating and meeting type rooms. The Cafe serves decent drinks and as an added bonus, if you're a capital one card holder you get some great discounted pricing. I really enjoy the tropical green tea with fruit. Very refreshing and cheap to boot. Much cheaper than the mermaid! If you're in the area just walking or waiting on a reservation at a restaurant, this is a great place to relax out of the Florida heat.
