Neyshika, barista, the guys (Rafael & __?__), and, above all, STEPHANIE!!!! made my visit so relaxing and pleasant. They all are there to provide the good vibes, pretty smiles, and ensure you are comfortable and have what you need.Thank you to the really incredible staff for really making me feel at home.Very hip & cool environment. NOT pretentious, just chill.Don't have to be a Capital One member to work here! :)

Love this cafe. It's a great place to work and get things done. The lighting is perfect for a good study session or quick meeting. I love that Capital One card holders get 50% off items at the Cafe. Downside is that it's usually pretty full with people. Might have to wait to get a good table to work at. There's not a huge selection of items at the cafe but everything I've had so far is perfect for a quick snack.

Place was cool but women’s bathroom was disgusting. They should really clean that up.

This place is such an unexpected gem. Great coffee, at a discount for Capital One customers, and the atmosphere is attractive and comfortable. Service is consistently fast and friendly. As a bonus, onsite Capital One customer service is friendly and convenient, although not really full service. ATMs onsite also.Parking: Parking in Hyde Park Village can be a challenge. On-street is paid and super difficult, but the nearby garages are free and you can usually eke out a space if (sometimes, very) patient.

I like going here to get my coffee when I'm at Hyde Park. Yes, I know I can go to the other bigger name cafe, but I'm a Capital One Cardholder. I get a 50% discount on my beverage if I use my Capital One credit card, so it's a no brainer for me. I kind of like that this location is semi-hidden, so there isn't a lot of traffic here. I usually have no issue grabbing a table for myself when I need to get some work done. Side note, I like the restroom sink with the automatic hand dispenser, faucet, and dryer all set up right at the sink. I haven't seen that before, so thought that was neat. Overall, it's a great quiet cafe that is available to the public as well, but seems like a hidden gem.

Was told several times by the bankers here that at the cafe If you have a Capital one card you get 1/2 off of everything. today when I ordered, they told me it's only on specialty drinks. I'm concerned they lied to me several

50% off drinks/pastries for Capital One members which is nice. There's a good amount of space there too to work and hang out.

LOVED the ambience, perfect for working and coffee. Plenty of space, outlets for charging devices, and great Wi-FI. There could be a few more options on the menu, but the hot chocolate was good, although the barista not very friendly.

Very helpful staff and a nice, welcoming space. It's great to finally have a place to go in person for the rare item that I can't process online. I hope they open more locations!

Shawn was amazingly kind, thoughtful and helpful. This was my first time in a CapitalOne cafe and he took the time to explain how it works. The space is beautiful, clean, and cozy. I will certainly be back. Thanks again Shawn for making my first experience at a CapitalOne cafe smooth and successful.

Review is for CapOne Online banking for which these cafes are the only onsite solution. CapOne has decided to try and push long time small business customers off of its online banking system by cutting benefits and service across the board while undermining stability of the online tools. Unless you live very close to a cafe, please do not consider signing up for their online business accounts as the risk of strangling your business is high — I can’t digitally deposit checks anymore, for example, and must drive 80 miles round trip to Tampa to do it at this cafe.
