I picked up my order from Caribbean Twist on 3/30, and I must say, they nailed catering for my recent family get-together. Everyone couldn't stop talking about how delicious the roast pig, oxtail, picadillo, black beans, and yellow rice were. The food was a hit, and I appreciate the excellent service.

My husband and I saw this place on channel 13 and decided to go give it a try. We came from Temple Terrace. The food was out of this world. It was hot and delicious. The negative is the girl behind the counter was hurrying us along to much. The first time there we were trying to take it all in. They don't offer Cuban bread unless you ask. Some of the tables don't have extra napkins or salt n pepper shakers. You have to get up and ask another table for it. We will be back and I'm going to make sure to ask for my Cuban bread

I had the BBQ chicken. Chicken was extremely dry and had absolutely no flavor. The yellow rice was very blend and hard. My daughter had the black bean and rice and churrasco. The rice again blend and hard and churrasco very chewy. My first time there and was not impressed.

After doing a Google maps search for Cuban Sandwichs I decided on the Caribbean Twist.Wow the Cubano was big and low priced... oh and it tasted great.The prepared foods at counter looked delicious. I'll be back next time I'm in Tampa.
