This was my first time at Charlie’s and wow, just wow! This place just screams old money. The ambivalence was superb. We were sat in the bar area in a lovely booth. Our waitress was a doll, along with the rest of the staff that helped out. Their selection of meats was out of this world and of course the quality of the meats was the best I’ve seen. As to be expected, with such quality foods came matching prices. This is not a place to go unless you’re ready to spend a pretty penny. There is nothing cheap on the menu so just be ready for that. We all loved our food, the only one thing we weren’t the most fond of was the wedge salad. It was very heavy and had too much dressing for our liking. We still ate it but wouldn’t order again. The house salad was awesome! Loved the dressing and variety.

For our anniversary this year, we decided to treat ourselves to a truly special evening at Charley’s, and it did not disappoint! From the moment we arrived, the entire experience was exceptional, but what truly elevated the night was the outstanding service we received from our waiter, Rich.Rich was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu and genuinely interested in making our anniversary celebration unforgettable We cannot speak highly enough about him!

My hubby took me out for my BD 4/14 we had reservations everything was great until it was time for my hubby 24oz porterhouse steak that the cooks seem to not have cooked it right it went back 3x this steak came out burnt and the manager brought it out this steak was burnt and dried out but they took the meal off but that means nothing we came there for a dinner not for something free I spoke to several hostess Mgr Dee who allow me to send him a pic of the steak in email and I asked him will you allow your customer to walk out establishment with that type of presentation of a steak the Mgr said he will have corporate call me in 24 hrs 48 hrs I found out that no corporate will be calling me I called spoke to Ian twice and a asst mgr Patrick Belknap who seem like they did a good job giving us our steak free Dora was the Mgr that took the steak back 3x but nobody want to take ownership of this service so I will be posting a pic of it on the website

I try to eat at Charley’s when I come to Tampa which is monthly, but I have to tell you the service was exceptional last week with Adonis. The food is always delicious. The next time I visit Charley’s, which will be in three weeks, I’ll ask for Adonis. He’s very professional, entertaining but really knows his business. You’re lucky to have him on your team. He was a wonderful waiter.

This is the dinner experience that my wife and I measure everyone else against. The steaks are always perfect, the bread #wow, and bartenders know how to make a martini. You won’t find better service or better atmosphere anywhere. Can’t wait to go again.
Went there last night and not only was the steak unappealing (bone in ribeye with 1@ bone) it was horribly overcooked.I can forgive overcooked but that’s a piece of meat that should never have even made it to the grill

To dark for my taste.1st time here for anniversary. Hubby and I had a decent meal but not worth the money. Not a return visit in my future but maybe for the husband. Pork chop was pink and undercooked. Didn't eat my left overs. Mac n cheese lobster was yummy along with the asparagus. Brownie was just ok.Our waiter was awesome.
The ambience was good.. our server was excellent. To my surprise the burger off the kids meal was awful . My kid did not eat it . We got it home n I had to add seasoning to it . While I was eating it I found numerous cartilage pieces and a few bone shards. I was surprised .. the rest of the dinner was good. Will I return probably not.

Went to Charley’s last night. Never really complain or write reviews. Yesterday I had the 21 day aged ribeye, lobster Mac, & a butter cake. I got home and had liquid bowel movements, nausea, & vomiting all throughout the night, not to mention it was about 60 degrees in the restaurant. Service was amazing as always but food caused a stomach flu that I’m still feeling the next day at 7:28 am. Don't think I can return.

Food was absolutely delicious. However, service was very slow. We got there at 7pm and there was a large party next to us that took a lot of the waitresses time and attention, so we did not get to order our food until almost 8pm. My steak was also very rare when I ordered medium, but they tended to that issue quickly! It was also mine and my fiancés birthday and we did not get the birthday ice cream while every table around us did.
