Chef and Baker is located in a business park. As you’re driving back you think there can’t possibly be a restaurant here. But let me tell you it’s worth the trip. We tried several empanada flavors and the croissant donuts. All were excellent. My son said the Nutella croissant donut was the best thing he’s ever eaten that contained Nutella (he’s a huge Nutella fan). The guava croissant donut is amazing. Went here today and were not disappointed. Got cronuts, empanadas (beef, cheeseburger, cubano, pizza, …), strawberry shortcake, mini baguettes. Everything was delicious! The store attendant was very pleasant and helpful. Heard of Chef & the Baker from a friend in PR who read about them in a local newspaper. What a great find! Already planning to return. ❤️

Our curiosity to locate a "beat Bobby Flay" winner took us on scavenger hunt to locate this elusive bakery. Well hidden in an industrial park near the back of a commercial building, it took us a couple of attempts to locate it, but not without a call to ask their whereabouts.
