Their professionalism and dedication to quality were impressive. We're grateful for their excellent work, which has made our home safe and secure.

It was our first time here, and the lady handing out the food was so rude because we didn’t know where to stand. Major attitude, throwing her hands in the air. She made us wait a long time for a simple mistake. Even though the food was good and it’s close to the university, I’d rather drive to another chick fil a.

Ordered spicy chicken, kale salad, cookie - everything was great minus the fries which need seasoning and a better crisp.Overall worth the visit from this Canadian.

Where in for Uber eats pick up, stood there and watched employee clean ice off of countertop, and then throw it back in to ice bin to be served for customers

**This Chick-fil-A is located on the UT campus & is NOT open during summer!**If you are facility/staff, a student, or visiting UT then this is a great place to come get lunch during the months of August - April. A few downsides is it opens at 11am (so no breakfast) and serves a limited menu (nuggets & basic chk sandwhiches only). If you are a coke person, they use the schools Soda fountain so Pepsi products are served here. They do have the lemonade and sweet tea behind the counter. Plenty of seating and the staff is nice & quick with your orders!

I love the Lords Chicken BUT not happy that this location says it's a drive thru and instead it's some where on the UT Campus. MAYBE! Because I never found it. SMH
