Don't mind waiting on the drive way for 15 minutes but getting my both order wrong, getting to work & give me spicy tenders I didn't order them .was very mad ? couldn't eat them.
Love the food and the staff is nice. But getting jelly for the chicken minis is impossible. Every time I’m like strawberry jelly, grape jelly, any jelly just please add jelly. Then there’s no jelly. I’m like loosing my mind at this point

Hmm I love chik fil a , but maybe it’s this location or maybe the food chain quality of food is going down. I ordered Spicey chicken sandwich meal & 5 peice nugget & two kids meals with nuggets. I must say yuck . I feel sick . All of my food was cold , and maybe due to the chicken changing , the chicken filet taste fake and rubbery . Yuck bad decision that chik fil a could’ve made ! Everything went in trash , my kids didn’t like the nuggets either and fries were cold . Will not eat from chick fila nomore .
Chick fil-A is an excellent restaurant. Great service & excellent food.

I frequent Chick-fil-A more than a few times a week and the first time I ever got an attitude was today from Kaitlyn, there was an old gentleman standing in front of me, called my name and had to respect. I pointed at this older gentleman, with a nasty look on her face. She said she’s already been helped. Then when she handed me my drink, she didn’t say anything, not have a nice day not go F yourself just handed it to me. Certainly not the culture. I’m used to. Probably won’t be back to this location. I have to deal with her negativity!!

The chicken is sooo dry, tasteless and super thin now…I’m also use to a more buttery soft bread and now it’s dry n rough….the only way to describe it now is DRY.
Eric is absolutely AMAZING! The attention to detail was incredible and he was super kind. Our food came out perfect and we were very impressed with our experience here!

This has to be the only chick fli a in the country that’s absolutely garbage. It’s lunch hour rush only 1 cashier 6 people in front of me and the cashier is moving like a crab flirting with landscaping guys instead of “next guest please” just stands there and flirts while the customers around me are getting frustrated. I don’t blame the cashier I blame management. What a difference between this chick fli an and all the others around Tampa bay. Failed leadership
