It’s a chick-fil-A at an airport, and just like every other airport fast food restaurant.. my expectations weren’t high. Honestly this wasn’t a bad experience, service was pretty smooth and the food came out fresh and same as any other chick-fil-A.

After waiting in a long line of about 20 people, I experienced the most lackadaisical service ever. Workers moved slower than slow. All for basic mediocre chicken.

If you're going to take up space in The airport, you should have to be open on Sunday. There aren't many good food vendors in this wing and having one less open on Sundays is unacceptable.

Terrible spicy chicken biscuit with tiny and super dry chicken. The young guy who took my order is polite and trying to helpful by asking his colleague/senior what’s the base of the chick-fil-a sauce but it’s the senior’s attitude that’s irritating - “if you are interested in the ingredients you can visit our website”. She then “advised” immediately and in front of my face to the young guy that no one would have the time to attend to every customer’s questions regardless and turned her back indifferently and rudely. It’s fine you don’t know what you are selling but it’s the nosy attitude that is notetaking. Unprofessional staff (and rude ones) only hurt the brand ?? please just avoid them, you deserve better than this

At 8:22am 1/11/24…Terrill did a great job taking my odd order to accommodate a food allergy with a model Chick-fil-A attitude.Four stars for the limited menu, including only small hash browns.

These workers have no idea what they are doing. They are disorganized and need to work on that. I received the wrong order and the young worker up front pronounced my name wrong and clearly was confused as I had to keep correcting him multiple times. Do not come here with gift cards because they DO NOT take chick-fil-A gift cards?. Love chick fila but this service sucked.

Cashier had a hard time hearing me. I had tell him 3 times my order and still didn’t get it right. I was in a rush to catch my flight. Didn’t check my order and had someone’s else’s order. They need work on organization. They do not accept gift cards from chick-fil-A which makes no sense, it’s there gift card. Next time I will just grab a slice next door.

I love, absolutely love Chick-fil-A. I had to put it down here. Chick-fil-a is the only fast chain in America that I enjoy going to. From the food to the service it is by far not even comparable in any way to any other fast food chain out there. Unfortunately, this particular store is not anywhere close to the service people come to expect at a Chick-fil-A. I don’t think the people working there even understand where they are working. Not only did they get our order super wrong but when my wife came back the manager dropped the items in the bag with an attitude didn’t even say anything and made a gesture to her colleague as in suggesting “I guess I have to believe she is not lying and give here the food”. And it seems this is a pattern based on other reviews I have been reading. They screw up your order then get upset and treat you as if you are trying yo get them for food.Also, though it seems stupid people love coming to cfa, cus maybe is selfish or maybe I am racist for asking to be treated right in a place I am choosing yo spend my money, but customers love to be treated politely and to know there is a place that is very polite like no other place on the planet well that makes us feel nice. That was also lacking here don’t expect the typical “my pleasure” solutes.If I we’re Chick-fil-A I would prefer to close this shop. It is more of q disadvantage to its name then a positive.

The absolute worst cfa experience ever. Ordering was reasonable but the wait for the food was crazy long. They have to get a handle on the kitchen. People were walking away without their food so they wouldn’t miss their flight

Not your typical chic filet at all! Not only are they double or triple the price, but the quality of the food is horrible. The portion sizes are also much smaller than a normal chick filet. That said, they make up for all of this with lousy service.

I see all the bad reviews but I personally had no issues. Staff is not as friendly as the other Chik fila but at least they don't have high "airport" prices
