I am a frequent traveler and I have tried many chic Fil a locations across states but my god this one is by far the worst. Chic Fil a is known for their staple waffle fries and I had the most soggy and oily fries ever. Honestly they were worst than Mc Donalds. The texture was like they re - refried but on low oil temperature to not cook them but just reheat it. When I showed my concern, I was provided another fries but they were even worst than Initial order. Super oily and not sure if they don’t change the oil or what you can taste the oil in them. Definitely not peanut oil. Corporate must know….

I have come to this place for a long time , about 4 times a week . It is 5 minutes away from my job, and I get lunch for the whole office .Today had a terrible experience with the guy at the window name Chase .He was very rude and very misinformed on chick-fil-a customer service . (It was all about a half cup of ice, that I paid full price for, but he refused to give us a full cup of ice, very childish).We appreciate you providing lunch for us through the years, but now we will give another restaurant a shot to earn our business .Hope some additional training will ensure you don’t loose another customer.

The usual for this chain. But they don't monitor the line to order, so friends "drop in" to the line with no regard for those already waiting. Parking at this location is Horrible.Parking: Parking lot is VERY cramped,with no clear or safe way to get to the store.

The WORST experience at a Chick-Fil-A I've ever had. Everyone working was standing around laughing & talking while the dining room was completely dirty. There was a hair in my salad to top it off- Won't be back!

Chik fil A is Chik fil A. Usually great, unique taste on a chicken sandwich with room to experiment on frills (spicy, grilled, lettuce /tomato and great salads). The only possible complaint is wait time and parking lot congestion. The Wendy's chicken sandwich is a worthy rival but Chik fil A is unique.

Only gives you two napkins in drive thru. I went in and the Managers (they have at least four) told me there was a “National Shortage,” with a straight face. I then look over where the condiments are and there were so many that they were in two spots. I pointed that out nicely, and got a stern look. Last time, they charged me for a Combo when I didn’t get it. Went in and after THIRTY-FIVE minutes of arguing with me, I left and called Corporate. The Sandwich was great, but it’s THE WORST Chick-Fil-A I have been to. Remember “Customer is always right?” They don’t. The Gaggle of managers is feckless, confrontational, and rude. Never even heard of that at one of these restaurants.
