great location! Only reason for the lower rating is that this Chick-fil-A never has the spicy chicken biscuit for breakfast. They seem to leave it frozen until lunch. 1 of their screens advertises this biscuit prominently and it's on the menu so you find out at the counter that they don't make it. Either they start offering what they are advertising, or they just remove it from the menu please.

Chick-fil-A ownership needs to get a better handle on airport Chick-fil-A's it's bringing down that reputation. No ice for drinks today but Wendy's has plenty of ice. Should have taken my business there. Sodas were completely warm and no Coke zero. Diet soda appears flat. Terrible experience. At least I can count on Wendy's provide his eyes at no charge to make up for Chick-fil-A's lack of ability to serve.

Ordered 12 PC nugget looked more like popcorn chicken not really nuggets. They were very small and definitely not worth $9. The sauces were very good and you could have alot I got 3 sauces and couldn't even finish the sauces cause there wasn't enough chicken.

First meal right off the plane at Tampa. The person taking my order was extremely nice and patient with me as I was standing there deciding on what to order.The grilled nuggets are very flavorful and juicy, but slightly rubbery and laborious to chew. The Chick-fil-A nuggets are nicely fried (just enough crunch at the corners of the nugget), juicy, flavorful, but a tad overly salty. Portion is quite small for both nuggets though. The Chick-fil-A sauce and Polynesian (sweet) sauce adds a nice zing to the nuggets. The Chick-Fil-A sandwich is delicious and the size of the fried chicken is just right. All the flavor profiles from the buns, to the chicken (still a bit overly salty), to the lettuce, to the tomatoes, to the cheese, to the pickles fit perfectly together and makes for a delicious sandwich.

Did not receive my entire order, sweet tea was not sweet, I received a burnt cookie (hard as a rock), did not receive the correct sandwich order either, and as I entered the area to use my app a reward was updated for a free 5-count and I was told “they don’t do those.” Then got in my uber and the driver told me he just redeemed his yesterday. Very Disappointed as Chick-fil-a is usually one of my favorites!

Took them more than 20 minutes to serve me a 8 piece chicken nugget meal. Worst iced coffee ever and I know this not the place to get coffee, but come on! They gave me a black coffee, so I asked for milk, they didn't have any so instead gave me creamer which is fine but somehow it made the coffee even worse, went back and asked for sugar and the only option was Splenda.
