I tried the berry bowl. It was pretty good, nothing that stands out. I asked to add dragon fruit and was told it's a powder (I declined after that) so be aware that not all of their superfoods are whole foods, be sure to ask specifically if this is important to you. The staff was kind and helpful though, I appreciated the heads up. The interior is decent, clean, no frills - typical of a counter-serve place in a mall.

Awesome smoothies terrible service. The three women working there were among the rudest individuals I’ve encountered at a Tampa smoothie cafe. Would never go back due to the eye rolling and negative comments being made about my kids and I and the group of mothers I was with.

First time trying out this shop. I've been visiting Hyde Park quite regularly but never really seem to build up the courage to try out this place. But here I am writing a review for them cause the drink was super refreshing after my 6 mile run along the Bayshore Blvd.I tried out their coffee smoothie 24oz with Whey protein added. I liked how the powder taste is not noticeable in the drink unlike some shops I have tried after a blend could still taste the protein powder. Super yummy! I was tempted to try out their acai bowl variety.The employees were super friendly and nice! Makes it easy to go back and visit them again cause of the bonus friendly service.

I really like the idea of this place but last time I was really disappointed with the fruit, the strawberries had mold on them and they weren't fresh at all, you can immediately see if the fruit and vegetables are fresh. I don't know if I'll go back this was disgusting!

We got "the peanut butter one" and added spiralina protein. It kind of disappointed, because I could not really taste anything but greens, but was drinkable. The workers were so happy and inviting. The cups had cute inspirational quotes and they had chairs outside to sit on. In a really cute neighborhood. Although it was definitely overpriced. $24 for two smoothies with no tip.
