I really like this place. The Mac salad is delicious and so is the Mac and cheese and corn ribs!I appreciate the use of a lot of seasonings and spices, but it's kind of too much for me, I would just ask for less quantity of seasoning blend next time.

Fantastic! These guys are amazing, they really know how to make a hot chicken. I enjoyed the half chicken hot, Mac and cheese and my wife enjoyed the chicken sandwich, mild, and the coleslaw. We shared the corn ribs and the Back Down, Hot Cross, and White BBQ sauces. Everything we tasted was delicious and had a nice divergent of flavors taking you down a different road trip with every bite. The chicken was cooked to perfection, with each bite crunching louder than a supercharged 540 big block. Fair priced and easy to reach, you won't have to sell your soul here at the Crossroads

A bit disappointed, honestly. They were out of half the sides, so we just got the coleslaw. It was also weirdly humid inside, which wasn’t a super fun environment to be eating spicy food in. When we finally got the food, I was a little upset at the lack of pickles and the fact that the “toast” was just a slice of untoasted Wonder bread - not something cool like brioche. The chicken was actually pretty good and crunchy, but everything else was a disappointment. The coleslaw was heavily lacking in flavor, and the cookie I got just tasted like burnt butter. As we were leaving, one of the guys working behind the counter asked how everything was and we told him the cookie wasn’t really good, and he just nodded. Interesting customer service for sure. The only good thing is the quality of the chicken. Be prepared for a long wait, and mid sides.

Very cool chicken shop with some excellent hot chicken. Designed around a grab-and-go environment, but with a few tables and some very friendly staff.Be careful, though. If you're a Floridian at heart, the heat on the chicken is a lot. Check the spice guide and understand that they aren't lying to you. Hot is probably too much unless you're a seasoned veteran of spice. That said, I don't recommend getting them naked because the spices they use even on the mild is so flavorful.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu is basically just a two strip basket, but the staff is super friendly with them.

Pickle lovers will love this placePickle dislikers will notMy husband and I got the hot tenders for takeout and he loved them but I wasnt a fan I think they brine the chicken in pickle juice so the taste is very strong. The breading is great - crunchy, crispy, packs a punch with the heat but way too much pickle flavor for me to enjoy it.
Food was great! Authentic to Nashville hot chicken and the sides were awesome. I gave 4 stars only because we ate in the restaurant and they serve the food in to-go boxes which was kind of annoying to eat out of when you are trying to fork and knife chicken strips. Also their hand made sauces were good but $1.50 for a small thing of sauce is kind of a lot imo. We will be back for sure!

I love Crossroad Hot Chicken! Definitely a big bang for the buck! My boyfriend and I have tried most things on the menu and you cannot go wrong. My favorite dish being the Hot Chicken Sandwich priced at $10.99. So great! You can adjust the heat of your chicken, which always means I'm making mine a little bit more spicy than the average consumer. Overall, I have only done take-out here but I'd gladly dine-in. The guys running it are always friendly and hospitable.
