Food was okay. Got the pulled pork quesadilla and there was hardly any pulled pork in it. They do have good beers on tap. I would recommend the cigar City IPA.

This restaurant is exactly what you are looking for when you are hungry or want a drink while at the airport. The service was fast and she was very friendly. She recommended the Cuban wrap and I have to agree.

So, I've eaten at Ducky's probably close to a dozen times by this point. The food is okay at best. My review is more on the staff who work here. They bartenders and wait staff are 100% the best part of coming here. I've seen the same bartender, Theresa here over two different time periods, mid to late 2021 and the end of 2023 into 2024 and she is phoenmial. She remembered a few small things about me and has been super attentive. Every bartender and server I've has had the same energy and attentiveness to cusotmers that (to me) makes this whole place stand out. Great for drinks.

The service was super fast. So fast that you could tell the food had been prepared and wasn’t fresh tasting or hot. The server was great. The atmosphere is fine. Plenty of seats and large bar with TV’s. The food was disgusting. Shame on Evan L.
Just asked for a substitute on the breakfast menu and got so much sass and lip from the server I left......and will NEVER go back there.

We ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich and chicken quesadilla at the take out counter. We decided to eat at one of their table. One of the servers told the server who placed our order to switch us to table service. At this point, I paid for the meal with a tip. We looked a while for a clean table and found one that was partially cleaned. A server arrived with a menu and utensils. We told the server that we had already placed our order and handed our receipt. After waiting for over 5 minutes, the supervisor brought our cold food to the table. We sent the food back to be remade or reheated. The supervisor brought our order, which was still cold. The chicken sandwich bun was covered with what looked like burned crumbs from the grill. We requested a refund. The supervisor told us that the manager she spoke to on the phone told her that our refund could not be processed on site. We were told we need to email corporate for a refund. After given an incomplete email address, we were told we would need to email our credit card number for a refund. The supervisor attempted to argue with us, saying that we didn’t notify anyone that we moved to a table when in fact we notified three people. Poor customer service. We should not have to spend time on our vacation requesting a refund.
