Miss Crystal and the staff during the day shift have been more than kind to me and I cannot complain one bit about the bagel.lihhyly toasted but not burned and gry get it right consistently and slightly.less than Starbucks but I go there for the last year bc of the people service and food and they are not crybaby snitches, either! I’ve been visiting this location 1-3 x a week for the last 30 months. Friendly, attentive, accurate staff. When Midnight Coffee was released I was hooked. Full bodied, rich, dark, smooth and naturally sweet. Last couple of visits it has seemed burnt, and has lost some joy.

You already know it’s Miss Crystal I love going to the Dunkin’ Donuts in South Tampa they are phenomenal they are clean and they are kind. Oh my God staff is so nice to me. They let me come in there and have meltdowns when I’m having a crisis they don’t throw me out they don’t call the police on me When I’m depressed. I can go in there and talk to them. They always tell me you’re doing a good job keep going I always love looking forward to going here and getting my coffee. I will never portrayed them with Starbucks even though Starbucks is right next to them, I still wouldn’t go to Starbucks . I love this Dunkin’ Donuts and I love each and everyone to staff they make me feel like family thank y’all for the phenomenal years we have known each other and thank you for going above and beyond for me and my children when we walked through the door thank you and drink more Dunkin’ Donuts coffee , follow me on YouTube KrystalPateLove subscribers

This place is unbelievably disrespectful, it actually makes no sense. The “manager” was working the drive thru and she was so nasty I really thought she had a personal problem with me. If my kids and the homeless man outside didn’t want these donuts so bad I would’ve left right when she spoke. At the window I asked who that was and she didn’t have the guts to say anything to my face. The food was disgusting to match her attitude. I called to get the number for corporate and the boy who picked up was just as rude AND hung up on me. Best believe I called corporate cause none of them need to be in a customer service field- merry Christmas, find a new job. Go ahead and spend the couple extra dollars at Starbucks until they get rid of the cockroach they call a manager at this Dunkin’.

I have had a bad experience at this place today I was stuck in line for 20 mins while they were talking away inside .people were honking there horns and the workers didn't care.. I ordered a coffee with a bagel and cream cheese I get to window she takes another 15mins to bring me my food once she gives me my bagel I get to work and notice all they did was soak it in some oil and it was burnt ..They are just pure nasty there . Be real careful ordering food there stay away
