They do not follow customer's orders. I go here as a last resort because my job is near and there is really no other close option for a quick bite. I observed them serving a customer a coffee order that he did not want. He wanted a hot coffee with 1 pump of cream and 3 sugars, from the sound of it, it sound like they put way more than 1 pump of cream. The customer refused the drink because the coffee was way too light. The owner tried to get the customer to drink it, which the customer refused. I do not blame him! FOLLOW THE CUSTOMER'S ORDERS!!! However, with my order, I ordered a caramel iced latte that I ALWAYS get...and yet is has the worst aftertaste EVER. Their make their lattes very strong now it wouldn't be so bad if you didn't have that aftertaste in your mouth all day. I also ordered 10 glazed munchkins (to subdue the strong latte taste), I got whatever they threw in the bag. I couldn't go back because I was already late for a meeting. I will NOT ever go back. Their coffee is nasty and their service is even worse.

This Dunkin has some of the most incompetent people working there. They lack so much in customer service and pretty much everything else. When the young Lady & her “mama” is working it’s ALWAYS an issue. The Arabs/indians group. Not sure what they are. They fill the drinks with ice to where you are literally getting ICE and maybe two sips of an actual drink. and when asked to have no ice they attempt to charge more. Refreshers are always too sweet, and she actually said one time that it’s pre made and kept in the back so maybe this one had been made awhile. Like whattttt? Not to mention, Every Dunkin I go to they give my dogs a pup cup when they see them, sometimes I ask for them but almost every other time the worker just offers it to us. Today I was there and asked for one & they attempted to charge me $2.15 for pup cup….2 tiny cups of whip cream. I told them we have NEVER been charged for pup cups and she proceeded to want to argue saying they have always charged for them. I was on a time crunch and needed to go back to work and told them to just give me my order and not to worry about it. Shorty held my order because SHE wanted to get a manager to ask them this question which I clearly told her not to worry about. I’m so glad I am changing, the old me would have dragged her through that drive through window without even thinking twice. I have asked for a water with a drink I purchased and when I looked on the receipt they had charged me $1 for water lol, like EVERYWHERE water is free. Needless to say I won’t be coming back here , which SUCKS because I live at the lodge apartments RIGHT DOWN THE STREET so it’s super convenient but the workers are so stupid. Just ughhhh

I was here last week. For a single iced coffee. There was a family & a couple of people ahead of me. After observing the chaos in front of me " employees that did not take orders in a timely manner & not taking charge of the situation" I went outside & got on the drive through line. Even worse after waiting over 10 minutes, the lines in both places weren't moving. Very sad, and horrible customer service !!! I then proceeded to the FOWLER Ave store. What a DIFFERENCE!!! I was waited on & my coffee was in my hand in less than 60 seconds !!! I was told this is " Joe's ' store. Hi Joe, the employees need to wait on & ACKNOWLEDGE people & then keep it moving. Not that difficult. Hopefully it improves, but I will stay away & go to Fowler Ave for now.

Used this location a twice over the course of a 4 night stay in Tampa. They never had the mobile order ready and screwed up the food both times. Like somehow giving us a bagel and cream cheese instead of a breakfast sandwich and also including too many donuts with our order. Just really odd mix ups on the food.

They always make a great cup of coffee! The staff is very kind. It's by all the offices so they can be really busy in the mornings but they are fast and efficient. Sometimes if the young man is on the speaker he will mess up the order but he's very sweet so if you reiterate what you want it will be made right :) The lovely woman in the mornings is the best, she always makes everything right! Highly recommend this Dunkin to anyone in the area!
