We came to this dunkin donuts to get breakfast. When we got up to the window after ordering right before we paid we asked if we could add a cup of water to our order. The lady said no... then we asked why. She pretty much said that they aren't allowed to do that once you already completed the order. You would have to get back in line and go all the way back through the drive-thru and place another order. So then I asked her if we could just do a separate order right here for the cup of water and she said no. Also they charge 50 cents for a cup of water. Then all we ordered was four turkey egg and cheese wraps and they are very small. It took forever. They asked us to pull up and wait for our food after we had already waited about 5 minutes at the pay window. We then said to them we should get a complimentary water since we had to wait so long. Which they refused. Then after pulling up to the line we had to wait an additional 8 minutes. The turkey wraps were cold and the turkey was dry and chewy. Terrible experience, food and customer service here. Save yourself the money and the bad service and go somewhere else.

this is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. They have gotten my drink right Probably one time. Not only do they get my drink wrong most the time I don’t say anything and that’s my fault but the one time I did say some thing and I said this is a regular occurrence they wanted to argue with me. Even the manager was arguing with me at one point. It seems like no one in there knows how to read a screen or make coffee which is a huge huge problem. if you were going to work and customer service and make a mistake, you have to correct it or customer service is not for you.

Avoid this location at all costs! I'm unsure how this business is allowed to stay open. Based off some of the other reviews I've read and my absolutely horrible experience today, you've been warned to just go to another location because this one is a joke. The employee refused to acknowledge me after standing at the counter for at least 10 minutes. She walked by me many times as she slowly got the orders ready for the drive thru. I didn't say anything to her out of consideration since she had a headset on for the drive thru and I figured she'd acknowledge me when she got a chance. That never happened. Finally as I'm watching her just stand in front of the cash register at the drive thru, I yell over to her if she plans on acknowledging me as a customer or should I just leave. She then tells me to just leave if I want to. Disgusted at this point, I walked out. After a minute of trying to find store manager info on my phone with no luck, I then walk back in trying to get the manager name and number. They could only give me the mangers name "Jennifer" and told me to come back next week when she is there. I try to tell the employee it would be wise to acknowledge the customers who are patiently waiting. The employee begins yelling at me telling me I should've acknowledged her that she had no idea I was a customer. It was an absolutely absurd waste of time as she refused to hear me out and she obviously takes zero pride in her job and providing decent customer service. After coming here reading reviews, it's very clear the owner and managers do not care at all about the business or customers as it doesn't appear to have changed or improved in a very long time. Don't waste your time with this dump. There's many other places to go for the same type of food and drink and avoid being utterly disappointed and wasting your time and money. This place needs to shut down or go under different management that gives a flip. No paying customer should have to be subjected to this.

I just went through the drive thru to get some things. The service was nice, but 1) I didn’t get my water, and 2) my Boston Crème donut had NO CRÈME! I was very disappointed with the donut situation! Donut maker: you had ONE JOB!!

I usually never give bad reviews but this time it's just absolutely needs to be done: ordered half of dozen donuts, 3 of them Boston cream- when I got to try it I come to find out Boston cream donuts have no Boston cream in them!! They are empty on the inside..

This place is hit or miss but based on my last experience, I absolutely love it. I ordered a coffee only and the amazingly sweet barista gave my daughter six donuts. I've gone several times since.

Today I went through the drive through at roughly 1:05 PM. I got to the menu board to order and was told to come to the window to order. I pulled around and waited behind another vehicle. I waited for roughly 7 minutes before i got to the window.I got to the window, and attempted to order a breakfast sandwich and two coffees. I was told that they don't serve breakfast after 11 (which is a lie because I had just ordered one a couple weeks prior in the afternoon). Lie #1. I then ordered two iced PSLs and provided a coupon. She (Cathy) took the coupon, yelled the order to someone across the shop and ran the card.Few mins later, was handed iced lattes, no syrup. I asked them to be remade. They remade them, and they were without syrup again. I asked for a refund. She told me that only managers could provide refunds and that there was nothing she could do for me. Lie #2. I told her i knew she wasn't being truthful and to please do it anyway. She "processed the refund" and gave my card back I asked that she provide a receipt. She gave me the receipt from my original transaction (which, mind you, didnt have the coupon on it). When i asked for the refund receipt, she said the system doesnt give receipts for refunds. Lie #3. When I started to push her to actually process the refund instead of continually lying to me, she asked if she could remake the drinks. I told her sure, attempt #3, why not. Few minutes later, we got the drinks and they were correct. I left at 1:27. 25 mins. I checked my bank account, no refund. Only the sale.I will never ever go back to this location, and I urge all of you to do the same. Support some of the local owned coffee shops instead, since this franchise doesn't care about you. As a consumer, being lied to numerous times throughout a transaction is, well frankly, completely unacceptable.

Apparently they stop serving breakfast sandwiches after 12? This is new information to me. Waited for 15 minutes for total garbage. Ordered 2x iced pumpkin lattes. Got iced coffee no flavor just milk and coffee. Asked for a refund because they dont know how to make iced lattes and the girl didn't know how to do a refund, ask our credit card back, to do the refund and then lied about the doing the refund. Terrible experience. Will not be back.

I’d rather drive 10 minutes out of my way to receive coffee from this location than walk 5 minutes to the Dunkin closest to me. This location is superior lol…great job y’all! They have limited room/resources but still manage to make it better than the store front location. They also have friendly staff that I’m always happy to see cus I know my drink will taste good!!!

Ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese to go on my way to work. I get on the highway to learn that they toasted my bagel, but gave me a small container of cream cheese. Now, how am I supposed to eat that to go? No knife to spread it with either. If I'm gonna have to pullover and dress my bagel, at least give me something to do it with...
