It took about 5-10 minutes before someone took my order. I asked for a sausage and egg croissant NO CHEESE and some other stuff, they took 20+ minutes to actually get me everything i ordered and when it got there my croissant had cheese. I went back and returned it, waited 10 more minutes for them to give me another croissant and this one had bacon, egg, and once again cheese (I didn’t even get the right meat) I returned it once again to finally get my order right. It wasn’t the people who took my order, it was the people cooking it. The place is loud too. I recommend the blueberry muffin it was good, but the service was bad.

The store is an okay .. bathroom is dirty ..the way they handle the food is not safe ..you can't handle food and touch money without a glove .I barely go by that store when I go I feel disgusted by the improper service that I get. The guy at cashier today had to ask our order three times and the service was bad . They need more proper service ..the manager seems not to care about the way you treat your customers .

Dunkin was the best! It was right after I got baptized and my daughter & Aunt came atw from St.Petersburg,Fl, and my daughter (17) knew exactly what to order. This delicious drink with vitamins & caffeine! -I got the berry , she got the peach!!And the croissant sandwiches-So yummy!!Everything was clean& great service!

Terrible experience they just let your food sit behind the counter. Don’t even acknowledge that it’s ready or give it to you. Just keep grabbing new customers and let your food get cold as hell. Reminded me once again why I stopped coming!!

The staff was great...but they didnt have any of the bagels we wanted,my bagel was not toasted, I got dark roast coffee instead of regular that taste watered down and we didn't get the munchkins we paid for.

I was absolutely disgusted when I looked at my hash browns and saw there were MULTIPLE pieces of hair. I have no doubt in my mind that they dropped my hash browns on the floor and then placed it in the bag when they served it to me at the window. The hair I could tell was red, and when I walked inside to tell them about the disgusting hash browns, I was greeted by a cashier with the same color red hair. Confirmation it was dropped on their floors.Save yourself the trouble and don’t come here. They clearly don’t care about dropping food and serving it.

Update-They went under new management some time back and everything turned around. The food is better, the service is consistently faster and friendlier- the staff actually look like they enjoy being there. They are also very friendly with my dog who goes with for the ride and the occasional "pup cup".Not sure why I keep going back. The wait times are very long on the weekends, and they usually run out of the food I want to order.

Saturday afternoon 4:43pm — the 2 people attending the drive thru — a tall redhead looking fella and a new girl which looked clueless and refused to give me a double drink carrier. I pull away, I end up with all the coffees completely spilled all over me, pay so much $ for coffee and lose them. I asked the guy for the carriers because those drink carriers are very napkin like flimsy and he sarcastically cut the carrier in half . I’m a nearby neighbor and I go to Dunkin’s morning, rarely do I go in the evening - never been treated so horribly!, that’s not a way to treat a regular paying loyal customer. I spend so much with Dunkin’s, I am really offended and upset right now plus covered in sticky coffee. I had just finished having my car detailed and this cruel guy does this to me for no reason. I may never ever go back to Dunkin’s again. And on top of that the order was missing the apple fritters!

They’re horrible , do not go to this dunkin . They make you wait in line for 30 minutes just to help 2 cars in drive through and they never have anything in stock.
