Dunkin Donuts is my daily stop as I commute from Polk County to Tampa for work. Traffic caused me to miss my regular location 3/19 so I decided to order from this one instead. Sent my co-worker and I got my normal Carmel Craze Signature Latte w/extra whip cream. Well that was the worse mistake ever. About an hour after drinking it that bathroom became my best friend. I was nauseous, cramping, throwing up “from both ends”. Not thinking it was the coffee because that’s my regular drink, I suffered thru the cramps and did the best I could to make it through the day. The next day the pain became worse and unbearable, I couldn’t eat, it hurt to lay down, it hurt to sit, it hurt to cough and when I tried to get out of bed I couldn’t take a step without screaming out in pain. Finally my husband to me to the emergency room and it turns out I had food poisoning. The drink from there was the only item I had that whole day, so I know it was from this location…… and yes , my co worker can validate all of this because she also suffered the same symptoms.

Got my cup of coffee here and was very satisfied with the coffee and sandwich and the coffee was good. The customer service got me my coffee and sandwich which was good because I ordered coffee and it was great. Cold day and hot coffee make for good donut shop weather. Will be back for more excellent coffee.Parking: 12 spots more or less

This is literally the only Dunkin I can still go to in the Tampa area, the service is amazing and the drinks always taste exactly how they are supposed to. So thankful for this location!!!!

Just can’t get it together I get a simple xl coffee 6 cream 14 sugars stirred well and they never get it right it’s always not enough sugar or no sugar at all like today they gave me the coffee with no sugar and won’t answer the phone so they can be aware but who am I just a customer that will take there business to the next Dunkin and hope for better results

I worked at a Dunkin in lady lake. I have always been a customer of Dunkin for the coffee and only get food with a gift card. I stopped in the morning to use a gift card some from donating blood. It wasn't scanning it and the lady at the window was pleasant and patient even though I knew I was running up the time. She had to enter it in manually. I will be stopping again and leaving my normal tip. Usually leaving a ten on a 4 dollar coffee.

Ladies who were working during my visit were very kind and welcoming! I hate when you go to places and the employees make you feel unwelcomed and like you're bothering them for service.

There was a girl with a blonde wig black hat that was supposed to take orders instead they were exchanging food with an chipotle employee then when she see me standing there more then five mins tell the manger I don't know why she acting weird she just standing there?....... Standing there waiting while y'all talk about the chipotle bowl THIS WHY I STICK WITH Starbucks DONT COME HERE UNLESS U WANNA WAIT WHILE THEY GIVE FREE FOOD OUT TO CHIPOTLE????

The lady messed up my order. I had told her twice I was using my rewards points and so my food should have been free. Then she offered to give me the same food item free and I said yes. Then she later comes back saying the manager said they too busy to give me a refund and give me the item free…

Sunday Dec 3rd. I'm torn about leaving this review with 1 star because I know most of the people that work here are top notch and make impeccable product. However, that's mostly weekdays and morning staff. The weekend staff are totally hit or miss and today's visit was a complete miss. If I wasn't in such a rush I'd brought everything back and asked for a refund and stop at another location on my route. The iced coffee tastes terrible, watery and weird, nothing like it should. The avocado toast had burnt black bacon bits instead of how it normally looks. Whoever is working on food and made this iced coffee stock either doesn't know what they're doing or more likely doesn't care. I want the mgt to know their weekend staff that handles this needs retraining. Again, sorry I have to drop this review but my experience was terrible

I made a quick breakfast run for my relatives that were in town. We all know how yummy these Donuts are. I got a dozen. 6 glazed, 2 strawberry, two chocolate, and 2 jelly-filled. They were gone in minutes. My real review is to express how beautiful the new holiday boxes are. They even have a little tag if you so happen to be gifting these to anyone. Such a lovely decorated box and great marketing

The dining experience was rather disappointing as the food quality was subpar, and the staff provided inadequate service. The initial order was incorrect, and we had to request the missing items, which were handed over with a lack of courtesy, surprising us. Upon examination, the donuts were dry and lacked icing, the bagel was stale with insufficient cream cheese, and the egg and cheese dish was overly gooey. Overall, the customer service and food quality fell short of expectations.

Went there a few days ago and I ordered hash brown and a wrap the wrap was crispy and the hash browns were under cooked.I was not too happy about this.The new people they hired recently well the new cool I rather the previous cook she was the best.Idk her name but every time the food was made just right and always fresh.Came in drive thru Wednesday the 15 th ordered a wrap egg and cheese only and was given bacon, I asked if the wrap could be made right and the cook removed the bacon and handed it to me. I am allergic to bacon that’s awful service!If I’m paying for my food why can’t you all just remake my food the way I want it to be made?Awful service and I’m not very pleased with the new cook!
