DRY DRY DRY… “we cook everything to order” .. yeah yesterday but this chicken was NOT cooked today., rice and peas DRY...macaroni noodles with cheese on top??? And then. they twist the knife by auto adding a tip and then suggest an additional tip as if one is not a part of your total that is a deceptive business practice. I won’t eat here again even if someone else is paying.

The food and service was great! and their Lemon Pepper Wings were absolutely delicious. Our first time here but we will definitely be back.
Stopped in when they opened and we were advised certain foods would take at least 15 minutes since they were all cleaning up from the previous night. We were perfectly fine with it because we had no plans. We placed our order and waited. And waited. We were the only people in the restaurant. But the pick up orders were leaving the store pretty frequently. The bar was lined with pick up orders.Our server finally came with the appetizer and said the kitchen was very busy.We waited. I asked someone how much longer and she said she'd check. She did not check. We walked up to the bar and handed them a $20 for the appetizer and said we were just going to leave.They did not apologize. The server didn't even stop to say anything at all.We were there for an hour and 10 minutes and we were the only people dining in.They prioritize their pick up orders.

We were looking for authentic Jamaican food and we definitely found the spot!! The akee and saltfish was amazing, callaloo on point and dumplings for the win... they even had fried Bammy which was so hard for me to get my hands on at the spots I used to frequent in GA. The server was working alone and therefore the food took a little longer than normal to arrive and she was VERY busy between all the tables but her smile never wavered and her customer service was truly tip worthy. I heard they have brunch on Sundays and it's a whole vibe... will definitely be back.

I ordered ox tails and they were decent, but super small for the price. Wings were delicious. Happy hour drink was okay flavor wise. The waitress was super friendly and attentive. There was a party booked on this night and the rest of the staff wasn't so friendly to people picking up orders. They removed the seating so people were just standing around waiting on food and told to move when they tried to sit and wait. Not a good luck for customers spending money. They should've left specified seating for these customers instead of removing the chairs to set up a damn hookah table.

Normally delicious, but this last time I ordered jerk tofu through Uber eats and I got some kind of meat and bones, not even close to what I ordered and quite frankly grossed me out. And Uber refuses to rectify the situation because I had the unfortunate luck of having two other orders in the same day from two other restaurants send me the wrong order so they would only refund the first one. So, thanks for charging me 18 bucks for something I couldn’t even eat. ? I’m sure the person who ordered that meat and bones is also disappointed to have gotten tofu. Would be great if you guys could let Uber know what happened so I can reorder and actually eat lunch today
This was my first time eating here and the food was awesome! I bought 2 plates curry chicken and brown stew chicken for me and my kid's! Ms. P and Sonya delivered awesome customer service and I will definitely be returning with my family thank you so much ?❤️

I did take out. Waste of my money!! I ordered oaxtail and side of plantains. The oxtails were a lil tough and small. I got the large portion and there wasnt many oxtails for it to be a large. The rice and peas that came with the meal tasted old and the plantains were hard not eatable. Waste of $28 Dollars.
Ordered for take-out at the bar on a Friday night. I'm not a local I googled a Jamaican restaurant near me and found this spot. It was a gamble and I won ?. The food was delicious. I ordered the oxtail and my husband had the chicken and shrimp Rasta pasta. I would give them 5 stars if the wait time didn't take so long. But it was Friday night and they were busy. The music was good while we waited and the staff was friendly. Dunn River oonu Gwaan wid own self good though! Big up. I will be back.
