I receive emails from Earl of Sandwich. I went looking for the one I last visited and they have closed. Decided to read reviews for the next closest store. Because majority of them are very unfavorable, I'm thinking I may not return. OK District Manager, can you please influence your store in Tampa to step up their game?! I'm fearful if you don't.

We walked up and there were no employees behind the counter. After waiting at least 5 mins finally 3 people come from the back. Several people got in line after us but it was not busy. I watched as a male employee put onions and tomatoes on my sandwich and wrap it up. A minute later he took the order off the shelf, unwrapped my sandwich, and removed the onions and the tomatoes and wrapped it back up. When we were handed the order I immediately slid the sandwich back to the employee and told her my sandwich needs to be remade since I actually saw him do it because he blatantly didn't read the order. That man left and went to the back leaving another girl to remake my sandwich plus all the people behind us. Yet another employee came from the back and grabbed something and left. So at minimum there were 4 people working and these 2 girls at front were doing it all. Thank goodness I don't have a severe allergy but if that were actually the case then it would have been catastrophic.

This mall location of the EoS has more menu items than my first experience with the chain along the turnpike and at the springs associated with a famous mouse. With salads and wraps as options as well as the hot and cold sandwiches and changing flavors like chipotle chicken and the classics like the tuna melt and the original, this is comfort food. The line moves quickly and the service is always friendly.

Ordered four sandwiches, the portion of meat on the sandwich was pathetic. In fact, I even snapped three photos of one of the sorry looking sandwiches and sent it to the corporate office, they did not reply. Take a moment to read all of the negative reviews at this location. A word to the wise, do not waste your money on a sandwich that will consist of a "big" piece of bread and nothing else!

I love coming to EOS in international plaza the Managers Eric and Danny are wonderful and they have learned my sandwich so when they see me they get right to making it immediately and they alway give great customer service and great conversation

This is a very important warning for those who care about their health. On Sunday, 10/01/2023, I had diarrhea and an incredible pain in my stomach due to "The Earl's Club" sandwich. I'm afraid of being hospitalized. I went to the toilet 7 times after eating and I still have pain. Food here can be stale and unhealthy. Please be very careful when choosing a place to eat. I never eat here.

We have been eating sandwiches at Earl Of Sandwich for years and thoroughly enjoyed them. Today we stopped and got two Earls club sandwiches. I know times are tough but if you don’t want to put anything on the bread, then stop selling sandwiches. There was one slice of turkey, 1/2 strip of bacon, lettuce that was from under someone’s shoe and so little sauce you could barely taste it. My wife asked the lady why there was nothing on the sandwich and she said, it is what it is. Not sure we will ever stop at Earl Of Sandwich again. Don’t mind paying for quality, unfortunately quality is not what Earl Of Sandwich is all about anymore.

Great Tasting Sandwiches and Welcoming StaffEarl of Sandwich is one of my favorite sandwich shops. I usually order the All American (secret menu item) but their other sandwiches are good too. It has the right creaminess paired with tanginess of the cranberries. The veggies are actually tasty compared to a lot of other places and the bread nicely toasted and chewy.They used to have a great location in Westchase near where I live, but it unfortunately and unexpectedly was permanently closed. This location in the mall has been understaffed or closed since COVID, when I've been able to get over this way, which is next to my old office. But on my recent trip they were fully staffed and open. So maybe that issue has been resolved.I've got to call out one employee, Eric. Eric has a great positive attitude, very friendly, energetic, welcoming, and he makes you smile. He used to be at the old location and I'm glad he transferred. He's remembered me each time when I've come in. You deal with negativity all day long, it's nice when someone is positive for a change. It brightens your day. Earl of Sandwich management: give this guy a raise and consider promoting him. He's doing more for your business than making sandwiches. Having someone like him on staff I think raises the morale of everyone, staff and customers, and keeps your customers coming back.
