Nice little food truck. I got the mofongo with carne frita. I wanted the trifongo, but someone bought the last maduro right before I got there. I ended up buying a maduro and some chicharrones on the way home and doctored it up to perfection. The carne frita was well seasoned and cooked.

Delicious! Such great customer service too! We came here once before in July when we were on vacation. We were in town again this past week and had already made the decision that we MUST make a stop here again before leaving town! We ordered the Carne Frita with Tostones, they are packed with flavor and cooked to perfection!Authentic Puerto Rican Cuisine that will definitely satisfy that Caribbean craving! Cooked to order which means each dish is incredibly fresh! We absolutely LOVE coming here and if you haven’t stopped by yet, please do! ???

Went with my wife and father in law today after reading about his food truck . Fabulous freshly cooked food . Best Alcapurria I have found since we moved to Florida 4 yrs ago . Mofongo was great , not dry which is my preference . Bacalaito was tasty, crisp, and fabulous . Will definitely go back . Chef owner was so personable , and showed great pride in his food . Checked up with us to see if we enjoyed . Can't wait to try more of the menu items
