I just ran in to get my first suit for my professional sales class. Honestly, it’s been a while since I’ve gone into the mall and has such great customer service in person. Alyssa was quick, kind, professional, and helped me find the perfect fitting/looking suit. Honestly made my day and will def be coming back to see her in the future.

I work at the mall on the opposite side and I make it a point to come by whenever I can , daily. This store is always neat and presentable. The staff is outstanding. They always welcome me and other customers. guests. They are very helpful. I just find this store very welcoming, Everything about it. When its busy , without hesitation there is always someone to open a register. I love this store.

What an experience. I stood there while both cashiers noticed me and then looked down. I was going to buy some jeans and yah I'm not going to patronize a company that lacks customer service. Just ridiculous.

The employees at this location aren't as friendly or knowledgeable as the ones at citrus park. The guy at the register was quite annoying. When i asked him a question, he was a mute or just said he didn't know. Like wth? I went for an exchange to use my coupon. I won't be going back to that location.
Leslie was a super huge help! We had a great time and were able to get what we needed and for what we needed at another store- she made sure we had perfect service!

I remember the days when I could come into Express and couldn't make up my mind as to all the great things I found. Not anymore! Maybe it's just the styling now but the clothes are way expensive and lack the quality it once had. Don't get me wrong, occasionally I'll find something but it's very few and far between! I did find a pink Portofino shirt only to put it on the next day and noticed one of the buttons was broken in half. The portofino shirts don't fit and look the same though. And I so wish they'd bring back those old style of their denim and in low rise!

UPDATE 11/21/22 - Thank you so much! I did reach out to the phone number and was very fortunate to speak with a supervisor by the name of Jordan. He already went through my account and validated what I was trying to portray to the agent and he even went through the documents that I submitted that the agent requested and never reviewed. For that I thank you and greatly appreciated the assistance from an individual that I thought had customer service etiquette.11/17/22 - I have been utterly disappointed on the way that Expresses customer online services have conducted business. I started placing my orders online with that being said prompt the company to send me coupons in the mail. In October I received a coupon that states $10.00 Express Cash with any purchases, I kept telling them its like a flyer prompting me to buy something and that I would get it in 4-6 weeks. It seems as if none of the call center people knew of it and was making me out to be a liar. so i emailed what i had with and the Person by the name of Joms just hung up on me after telling me that i had already used the coupon code and what did i want pretty much. I had to explain to him there is no coupon code its a flyer your company provide that says buy this in this time frame and in turn you will get this. i was highly disgusted and appalled for speaking to me in such a manner when you can clearly pull my order history to see the money that i have spent with this company over the years. I will come back and address this if i hear back from someone within the company that's not utterly rude and nasty to there customers. Please and thank you for your time in this matter
