I normally like Firehouse but the service in this one is super slow and the quality isn’t good. They left a piece of paper in the sandwich. Manager was very nonchalant about it and said it’s just the paper in between cheese slices. However, the paper wasn’t attached to any cheese inside the sandwich.

I give up on the South Tampa Fire House location. I thought ordering on Uber would give better service. It does not matter what notes you put on the order because they do not read them. My order was white bread, no onion, Mayo or pickle. I received whole wheat bread, loaded with Mayo and onions and a pickle. I paid for a bottle of soda and received a fountain drink. The sandwich was a globby mess! Management does not care and will not respond. This is my 2nd bad review about this location.

Normally I like firehouse, but this one is just weird. All of the workers were yelling at each other the whole time and no one knew how to make anything . They also didn’t know how to input a combo. The manager was yelling on the phone with an Uber driver for about 15 minutes in front of everyone in the restaurant. Not exaggerating, they were all yelling

I love the entire Firehouse chain and this location is no exception. Their subs are fresh and delicious. The hot sauce selection is really diverse and exciting. The staff is quick and courteous. Definitely hit them up if you are in the area.Parking: Busy street but usually enough spots available.

I just ordered door dash around 8pm and there was A STAPLE IN MY SANDWICH! I CAUGHT IT WITH MY TEETH!!! THANK GOD I DIDNT SWALLOW IT! IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A DAMN LAWSUIT AND PRAYING IT DIDN'T SLICE THE INSIDE OF MY THROAT!!!

Let me start off by saying if I could give this location no stars I would’ve with pleasure. Besides this atrocious, wet , poorly made and disgusting tasting sandwich that I tossed in the trash after one bite that I received from their lackluster & lazy staff. This $9 4 inch sandwich took them 10 MINUTES TO MAKE with no customers in the building to tend too. I wouldn’t accept a refund or gift certificate of anyway to come back to eat here , I rather enjoy scrutinizing this firehouse subs location to everyone I know with a smile on my face. Carrollwood Firehouse Location makes S. Dale Mabry look like a Subway inside a of Walmart off Fletcher Ave. and I’d pick the Subway in the hood over this place 1000x over. Y’all should just close down.
