I ordered online via Uber Eats a little while ago. I patiently waited more than 10 minutes longer than my estimated order time. I watched as my order was completed and placed in a sealed bag...only for the woman who was working today to tell her coworkers that my order loses all priority -- *because it's a 3rd party order*. So, instead of placing my completed order on the counter for pick up (like the three or four orders I saw while waiting) her coworker placed my order on a lower counter while another order was handled instead. Seriously? If your store does not wish to accept orders from Uber or other 3rd party providers, that's totally fine, but if it does, please note that my money spends just as well as anyone else's!! And FYI, the fountain machine is still out - as has been mentioned in other reviews for the last several months. In any case, a good sandwich ruined by a poor experience.

Got my usual favorite, the steamer, this one had a surprise, it was nothing but gristle and fat. Took my tray to the cashier showing her the very poor quality of meat, her response to me " we don't make the meat" no offer to remake or substitute a different sandwich, simply we don't make the meat. called the # listed to express my disappointment and after numerous apologies and assurances I would be contacted six weeks have gone by with no contact. goodbye firehouse

Waited almost 30 mins to receive two subs. Took the staff 10 minutes to even greet us and take our order. Soda machine needs service, no ice, all sodas flat, and most syrups gone. Not worth the time and money

I ordered the chicken chopped salad online and my DIL ordered the firehouse steak and cheese.We didn’t check it out because we trusted that whoever put the order together would do so correctly. My chop salad had remnants of chicken pieces which didn’t even equal up to a quarter cup. This was spread all over a bed of lettuce and nothing more and the firehouse, steak and cheese hardly had any steak but a huge amount of mayo. We were not happy and very disappointed. We will not be ordering from this location again. This was located in Carrollwood.

The employees were amazing! They were very friendly and had great customer service. One of the employees brought my toddler a coloring page and crayons. I hope they are recognized for being so amazing!

HORRIBLE. What is the point of choosing a time to pickup an online order, if you arrive on time and still wait 45 minutes for your mediocre sub, that has a 50% chance of being made wrong.
