Franklin Manor is a lively club with big acts and great DJ's! They have a large section of drinks, good food, and they also have hookahs out on the patio. My friends and I always enjoy our time here and love getting bottle service for celebration or just a fun night out. I would highly recommend getting a section of your own when you do come since it gets so crowded.

Often when seeking a night out it can be extremely difficult to find the right fit for my temperamental mood, but somehow Franklin Manor’s unique take on night life manages to provide something for everyone. Depending on where I’m at in the night Franklin is able to satiate my desire for a delicious late-night meal, the chill outdoor pre game hangout, or even a coveted bottle service experience with tables anyone would be lucky to sit at. It’s honestly hard to underplay what a diverse crowd you get at this establishment with a staff that works exceptionally hard to provide you the night out that you’ve always wanted. I got to meet some incredible people from all walks of life here and see some incredible events that I just don’t think would have been handled well anywhere else. That’s why Franklin is the perfect mix of an indoor and outdoor venue where I choose to go on the weekend.

A Downtown Tampa staple ! Great spot for So many amazing things to do. From handcrafted Cocktails to Live Music on the outside patio. Great food! Make sure you check out there menu food and drink wise. Located in the heart of historic downtown Tampa. Great for events too!

Omg me and my Husband had the most amazing time here. This was actually the first time we got away from home and the first time we went out since we had our baby as well. I'm so glad we choose this place. we had A AMAZING TIME TOGETHER HERE. THANK YOU for a amazing experience . Music was amazing the acoustics in the facility professionally installed and maintained. The best music experience while we was in Florida that's for sure.

The hospitality at this venue was amazing and the atmosphere is unmatched in Tampa. Will definitely be back, only down side is the bathroom lighting is just a little too dark but that’s an easy fix!

Love this place. Awesome energy and music. Definitely check it out for it’s food and a good time. Does get super slammed on weekend nights so the inside can be packed but there is a patio bar to go to outside as well.

My favorite place anytime of day. During the day/evening the outdoor patio has plenty of seating to enjoy drinks and food. Definitely a good hangout spot. At night, FM has the best music compared to anywhere in DT Tampa/Soho area. The inside can get a little crowded, but other than that it's always a great time!
