The food was UH-Mazing! Seasoned and fresh.... served hot! The place itself is really cute, clean with a modern design. It's not 5 stars only because while our server was a really nice guy, management was not. We found this gem via Groupon... probably would have never found it otherwise. Our dining experience changed dramatically once we presented the Groupon voucher. Honestly felt unwelcome, why utilize this marketing strategy if frowned upon?

Amazing service. The Korean chicken was nice and crispy. We shared the kimchi chicken and rice with fried chicken. Highly recommend.Gangchu has great food for kids and high chairs to use.Try the Ace Pineapple cider. Fantastic cider.Thank you Shawn for the amazing experience!Parking: Take first turn it. It does have a 'no entry' exit that a lot of people mistake for an entryway.Kid-friendliness: The kids menu was simple but very fresh and it was very tasty. Always take a bite to make sure I am feeding my son something I would eat. Staff cut up his chicken for we could just feed him. Felt right at home!

The servers were so attentive and helpful. The Clifton drink was AMAZING and the food was great. I had a bit of the pork from my friend's taco's and I need to go back to have my own dish with that pork next time.

The menu selection is not as good as when it opened. I really wanted to try the gimbap, but it is not an option anymore. The Korean style fried chicken tenders was good, and I would definitely order them again the next time I go.I also tried the crispy chicken sandwich which was very good as well.

If you live in the Seminole heights area this place is a must to go. Food is well prepared and delicious. The first time I went there I almost ordered everything on the menu. We will be coming back here again and again. Next time we will post pictures of the food. The food is sooo good we didn't have time to take pictures the first time LOL

Ganchu is the best, full stop. Send it. If not, you're missing out. Between Liz, John, and Toni, the welcoming atmosphere is amazing. The service is attentive and on point. The food is great (try the beef bulgogi!). I have never had an unenjoyable experience in 1+ years of dining here, and we all know how a post COVID industry is. If only my past relationship gave me the same amount of joy as this place, I'd be a happy man.Ask for John, Liz, or Toni, or forever hold your peace.
The Korean dry rub wings are about the best I ever had. Will be back on my next day off.

It really went downhill compared to the previous times I've been here...the service is friendly but slow. Place looks cool though. The food is okay: Loaded fries were the best, but the chicken was honestly just okay. Our order came out wrong the first time with no sauce - so they took it back and just tossed it in sauce, I used a Groupon last time I was here and had to reach a minimum spend. So, I ordered a kids chicken to-go and tell me why it looked like a dog treat?? I couldn't eat it. I'm not sure if I'll return any time soon until the quality picks up again.

terrible service! we were sat in a largely empty restaurant. every member of the staff looked at us and walked by, no one came to take a drink or food order. eventually we wondered if we were supposed to order at the bar, but finally someone came out and took an order from another table. we walked out 15 or 20 minutes after being sat without anyone taking our order. 1 extra star because the music was cool and they have a real big tv.
