Food and service were excellent. Place is cute, but needs a good scrubbing . Maybe some fresh paint!

When we were residents of Tampa, we ate here regularly. The food is great, and we especially recommend the gnocchi!

My girlfriend and I were meeting up after work to get some dinner and a friend from her work told her about Gino's. She was told it's a great "hole in the wall" spot that isn't a typical chain restaurant. Her friend was absolutely correct. We got garlic bread and some bruschetta. She had the salmon with gouda cream sauce and lobster ravioli. I got the Gnocchi with gouda cream sauce and grilled sirloin paired with a cup of Italian wedding soup. Both meals were amazing! We even made room for the bananas foster over cheesecake. That was a stunning dessert. The whole atmosphere was phenomenal and the place is a great small, hidden gem. I would have to recommend that if you're into Italian cuisine and looking for something outside of the regular places, give this place a try. You won't leave disappointed. We will be coming back soon!

Vegetarian options: I love the seafood pasta with spinach fettuccine. It was magnificent and it was not one of the choices to show in the review.
This place was lovely. A relaxed atmosphere where the service staff is so friendly and the food is stellar. Yesterday was my first time eating there and I'll be back. My only small thing is that they don't have staws, no big deal, but if you're like me and you have partial facial paralysis, be sure to bring yourself one. I had Alfredo and the sauce was AMAZING.
Wow a hidden gem. The food was fantastic. Very generous with the glasses of wine. The tomato sauce and meatballs so far are the best we've had here in Tampa. Reminds me a lot of little Italy in New York City. Salute'

This used to be our go-to place for casual great Italian food. No more. The last 2 times we went the food was terrible and the service was not much better. The last time I actually was up all night sick from undercooked veal. Never going back.
