Normally I would’ve gave the service 5 stars but yesterday when I ordered my pizza was hard cheese was slipping off the pizza slice Im a patient person but a whole hour for delivery when I live 7 minutes away for this nasty looking pizza is bad (ps when the lady answers the phone the pizza is way better)

I’ve been ordering from this place on a regular basis since I moved into the neighborhood 8 years ago. Over the last year, I’ve noticed a continual decline - somewhat in quality, but especially in delivery. The last three times I ordered, delivery was super late, and I’d have to call back to check on my pizza. Last week, I ordered and was given a delivery time of45 minutes. No show an hour later so I call back. They tell me my pizza just came out of the oven (15 minutes after you had promised delivery?). They said their driver should be at my place in 15-25 minutes. My house is a mile from their location, so I’m not sure why so long. I wait another 15 minutes, call back and they said they were going to call the driver to check where he was. I wait another 5 minutes and then call back a fourth time. This time, I completely canceled the order and requested a refund. I pointed out I could have walked to their location, watched them make my pizza from scratch and walked back home in less time than they took to NOT deliver a pizza.This is my third bad experience with their delivery. I won’t order again.

I've been coming here for years as I own a tax office across the street for the last 15 years. I have no complaints on the food but since the new owners service has gone down . I stopped going there at one time but I went back due to the convince. But I'm over it if I'm always here how hard is it to give an extra sauce when asked never said I would not pay for it but if I order 3 things that each comes with a sauce and ask for extra and am given one and when I ask for another I get a strange look. I'm not with it the sauces are not full to start with all I wanted is to enjoy my meal late night . You guys may not care that's ok. But I care to spend my money where I am celebrated not tolerated. You guys just lost a customer for 10 cents congratulations. On top of me ordering online and my food was not started until 15min later when I walked over what was the use of me ordering ahead. People spend your money where you and your money are respected. Take off pay with cash on your site if you still have get there before you make the food.Good-bye forever it was great

The pizza is delicious and the crust has a perfect crunch to it. We ordered mushrooms and sweet peppers as our pizza toppings. My husband enjoyed his pepperoni on his half of the pie. I will definitely return for many more pizza orders.

I always go here for lunch food is great, I came dinner tonight 01/04/24 definitely different cooks ? food not so good the pizza bread was burnt I’m so disappointed they made me a new one let me keepThe burnt one but still wasn’t good still kinda burnt.

Best pizza I've had since moving here 3 years ago.. staff was super friendly. Pizza was sooo good, we got the cheese, it was cooked perfectly and you could taste the basil in the sauce. Chicken tenders were homade and so good!
