Came to Jerk Pit for the 1st time and when I say they have the best oxtail in Tampa!! I was very please by everything the service was amazing as I was greeted as I entered the restaurant. Huge shoutout to the owner Marven!
I was very disappointed with this place paid 34 dollars for 2 curry chicken plates which was small had no taste and had more rice than anything don't think I'll be goin back here and I try my best to support black owned companies but I just just waste my money ?

I ordered oxtails and jerk chicken portion sizes were great. Jerk chicken flavor was amazing but I had a lot of loose bones in there and chocked on one because they try cut the chicken into pieces for serving. Oxtails were really good. I gave the lady at the front a hard time because I read all the bad reviews but I love Jamaican food so gave it a chance.

Extremely disappointed in the price and quantity of the food. The serving size were extremely small for such a high price. We ordered ox tail dinners, and got 3 pieces/bones each for almost $30 per meal. I will not eat here again.
