If you know what to expect from a diner then this place we'll hit the spot for sure. Burgers with fries, onion rings and a milkshake was what we ordered and it was perfect and hit the spot. The menu is quite extensive, and from what I could tell they have regulars who frequent this establishment which is always a good sign.

Been here 4-5 times in the past year and in all cases it was quite satisfactory. One of the only 24 hour places in Tampa, that I know of. This is not a place for great cuisine, but I've always had a decent meal which met/meets my expectations. Good breakfast and sandwiches. Wait staff has been very good to us and gratefully informal. No attitudes. Decent parking. Definitely worth a visit, especially late when you need a diner fix.

A great place for down to earth people, I would say 9 out 10 times the food will be great. And the service is mostly a hit or miss cause they are either short staffed or have new people. But one of my favorite spots especially for breakfast.

This place is shady. Was charged more than the menu price stated by a considerable amount. Bait and switch laws for that. Then tried to charge a convenience fee of a few dollars to go. So if I ate inside I’d be using utensils, consuming electricity, dirtying booths, AND if I didn’t finish my food I’d be given a a to go box without being charged A CONVENIENCE FEE. ———stay away!!!!——- then they wanted be condescending and rude after I god forbid brought it to light. Nope NEVER coming back.

Noon Sunday - after waiting 45 minutes we told them to make it to-go because we could not stay any longer - took another 10-15 minutes to get food. We should not have bothered - food (corned beef hash & eggs and blueberry pancakes) was so-so at best.Noisy too ...

Joe's in Apollo Beach has THE GREATEST Waitresses and chef on this side of the United States! I had inadvertently ordered from the Tampa restaurant but when I went to pickup at Apollo Beach the manager offered to talk to them AND prepare me the same exact ? order. They had it ready in《10 minutes with smiles on their faces and the onion rings had THE BEST flavor ever!! Thx Apollo Beach Joe's NY restaurant!!!!
Service is always on point every single time. Prices are cheap and the amount of food is plenty. Order anything from a Coors light and burger to banana split or salmon. Open 24 hours,are you kidding me,I'm in love

I have a few complaints. The music was so loud outside I couldn't even tell the waitress my order. The food is mediocre but couple of nice waitresses, good to just sit outside if they don't have the music blaring. I had to send the omelet back because It was uncooked and looked like it fell. I reordered and then they forgot my home fries.
