Last night around 8:30 I went thru the drive thru. I was greeted via speaker by the most enthusiastic young man. I ordered 3 donuts however they had just run out if the one I wanted most. The young lady at the window was extremely apologetic. I was given a substitution that was delicious. The young man came from the back and handed me my donuts. His customer service and attitude was exceptional. I live an hour and a half from Tampa otherwise I would drive back up there to compliment him in person.

Apart from the location, this place was great! The donuts were FANTASTIC!!! The dough was perfect! We tried to the Kit Kat Brownie donut and WOW! It was rich, with cream in the middle too!!! The latte was pretty good (not great) but not still good! Overall, good experience, we will be back!

I rarely get Krispy Kremes but whenever I am close by I have to have to have their donuts
This location really has to work on casting some guest satisfaction expectations. The product quality is always on point. However, the guest experience lacks majorly. If it’s busy, I get that sometimes it’s best to get the guest in and out fast. However, phone etiquette and in-person respect should be the utmost important to keep guest returning. Guest will visit for the product and experience!

Whoever the girl is who worked on April 3rd at 12:40pm is wonderful and awesome. She was extremely welcoming, being as it was my first time at a Krispy Creme shop in my life.Sidenote: It's pretty cool that you can see the donuts being made through the glass in the mini factory.
