Just had a few slices from Lee's Grocery, a solid little neighborhood pizza and six pack shop like you'd find in Portland or Denver.Lived here four years and there's no best quality comfort pizza on a random weeknight with a great atmosphere.Take out is easy. Parking is a challenge.Parking: Park further away and walk through the neighborhood. Nice area.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of neighborhood families come in for dinner or takeout.

Came in to try the pizza. Found out it's a small neighborhood bar that has a very familial feeling where regulars can come to feel at home. Seems like everyone that came in knew everyone else there. The pizza was delicious and the staff was friendly. I can see how this could be a neighborhood favorite.

One the best hidden gems of Tampa Heights. Ample beer and Craft beer selection, delicious wings and a great pizza menu.

Pizza was fine. Floppy crust. Not very flavorful. It wasn't bad, was hungry and enjoyed it, but was also disappointed.

If you’re searching for the best pizza in Tampa, go to Lee’s. The crust is divine! It’s a fabulous neighborhood place, plenty of street parking and a huge selection of beer including lots of ciders.

Hidden gem within a super cool historical building that's serving up AMAZING wings, pizza, and craft beer. I finally got the chance to check out Lees Grocery for a superbowl dinner and will definitely be returning. The atmosphere was very laid back and although it was pretty empty when we went, I can imagine it's a fun spot when it's more busy. The inside is smaller than I anticipated it to be, but I enjoyed it. Made it seem homier. I was surprised to see the large outdoor seating area, which seems great for larger groups! Food: The wings are absolutely amazing. We ordered the 10 wings, plain, with hot and mild sauce and blue cheese on the side. The wings were so perfectly seasoned and almost reminded me of the wings on a rotisserie chicken, nicely smoked. We also got a plain cheese pizza pie, 18''. It came out fresh, hot, and the cheese and sauce had great flavor. It does have a thicker chewier crust. Parmesan cheese, oregano, red pepper, and garlic powder are available to add on top. There were a lot of fun pizza options/ combos and we'll be back to try the more interesting flavors. I'm also interested in trying the garlic parmesan wings. The nice thing about smaller joints like this is that the food comes out quick and so fresh! No food is sitting around when the kitchen is so close to the main dining area. Drinks: They have such a large variey of canned craft beers, ipa's, seltzers, and even non-alcoholic beers. There were also 6 different draft beers. I sipped on some Surfside's, while my boyfriend enjoyed the Tampa Export gold lager. It was a very light and crisp beer. The bartender was great and let us sample a couple of the beers and even made a mix of a sour and seltzer beer that she likes!

Have been here a couple of times tonight I went when I sat down at the bar an hour before the kitchen closed. I was reminded of the time that the kitchen closed, and when my pizza came out, it got turned to me in a box when I questioned it, I got attacked verbally and chased out of the place… Don’t run if you’re a misanthrope this is your place

Apparently very busy on the weekend, so get there early. On a random Thursday, it was really nice for a drink and pizzas/beer. Service was on point, grabbed us beers before we were out. Pizzas were hot and flavorful. Wings were mild, but we'll seasoned. Would come back and would love to live in the neighborhood and walk to this great little place!
