I hadn’t visited this location in years due to previous poor customer service, but the location is super convenient and I decided to give it another try with pretty low expectations. To my delight, the service had dramatically improved. The space seemed cleaner. Not only was my pizza hot, ready, and delicious, but Toni also provided prompt and efficient service that was unexpectedly pleasant. I decided to try it again, and Toni remembered me, greeted me with a warm smile, she even doted on my toddlers and ensured everything ran smoothly once again. It’s our go-to pizza spot now!

My pizza was almost $19. Second time ordering a specialty pizza with extra cheese and getting normal cheese. I worked as a manager for a pizza shop for a long time. Regular on bottom extra added to top off. Minimum was used. Seems the more money I spend, the less I receive. When I ask for only cheese, it's good and seems to have extra even when I don't ask. When I checked the pizza and asked while telling him, this is supposed to be extra cheese, and he only responded yea and cashed me out.

Well we haven't been a Little Caesars in quite a while I don't know why because your pizza is excellent already made we just wanted a cheese pizza it was really delicious we will be
Not happy 3 different times out of 7or8 total in the last month my daughter and I have tried to order a pretzel crust, cheese sauce and pepperoni pizza the other times we went way out of our way in between visits to 1 even worse location, worst customer service I've received in a long time. The only 2 times we got what we ordered out of all of this we had it delivered thru a third party and paid twice the amount of pickup. I'm a loyal customer and love love love the pretzel pizza. Unfortunately for me and Y'all I guess I won't be getting another.. These Tampa locations are horrible

This place is absolute garbage in terms of customer service but what do you expect with kids working at little Caesars. Nobody in there knows how to honor promotion or just refused to do it out of pure laziness. But again what should you expect out of lazy people who can't figure things out.

I love their ordering portal. So easy to order when your out running errands and get the email when the order is ready and picking up without having to wait in line. However DO NOT use the delivery option bc door dash has screwed up my order multiple times.

I called to update an order I put online. Someone picked up then hung up. I called back and didn’t get no one on the phone until 5 minutes then the last pass me to another lady and then just left the phone on the counter and had me wait for an additional 5 minutes for a simple yes or no question. Maybe your staff should be trained especially the manager who was on duty.
